General Information
Beit-She'an city is located in north eastern Israel and has 18,000 citizens. The city has budgets from the central government.
Today the city is involved in a youth exchange program via Euro med (Ireland is the country who wrote the proposal but there are partners from Jordan, Egypt, Romania, France). There is a department headed by Limor Levi which deals with youth and students. This department is also in charge of scholarships. Regarding exchanges with other countries, the youth department works with the foreign relations director.
Beit-She'an has international relations and joint projects with Jordan and France in various fields of interest.
