The Jordan River Foundation (JRF), established in 1995 and Chaired by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah, is a non-profit Jordanian non-governmental organization (NGO). Our vision is to empower society, especially women and children, and in turn, improve the quality of life to secure a better future for all Jordanians.
Mission and Objectives

The Jordan River Foundation's mission is to promote, in partnership with stakeholders, the development of a dynamic Jordanian society by initiating and supporting sustainable social, economic and cultural programs that empower communities and individuals based on their needs and priorities.

*~ واجبنا:
أ. إيجاد معرفة أصلية بأهمية الطاقة المتجددة والبديلة كالشمسية والرياح وغيرها والفرص المتاحة في كافة مجالات الحياة.
ب. العمل على تسهيل نقل التكنولوجيا والتعاون بين الدول المتقدمة في مجال الطاقة المتجددة إلى الأردن والوطن العربي (الدول التي تقع في الحزام الشمسي )المؤسسات والأفراد.
جـ. المساعدة في استغلال تكنولوجيا الطاقة المتجددة في كافة مجالات الحياة من تسخين وطبخ وتوليد طاقة وكهرباء إلى غير ذلك.
د. نثر بذور المعرفة و التوعية في مجال الطاقة المتجددة للأفراد والمؤسسات.
هـ. إيجاد أنماط سلوكية في المجتمع المحلي على تبني سياسة استخدام الطاقة المتجددة وترشيد استهلاك الطاقة ومنذ المراحل الأولية لحياة الإفراد منذ الصغر.
و. وضع إستراتيجية الطاقة الشمسية خصوصا والمتجددة عموما.
ز. عقد الدورات التدريبية و الورش البرامج و المؤتمرات المتعلقة بغايات الجمعية.

General Information
JTC is dedicated to providing accountable and transparent community in Jordan and the region. It works with a national group of volunteers who act in meeting the objectives of JTC. In total, the Center has been established since couple of years but has attracted volunteers to provide activities without any minimum budget as expenses were based on free services from members. JTC has a group of corruption control seminars and conferences along with youth anti corruption groups. The center acts on conducting discussion groups and sessions. Lately, the Center has participated in monitoring the national elections in Jordan and on February the center will participate in a regional conference regarding the role of citizens in building corruption free society.
Mission and Objectives

Build viable institutionalized transparency that boosts accountability and utilizes mechanisms for monitoring and preventing corruption. This will take place through spreading out awareness, building up capacity, disseminating relevant knowledge and culture and offering technical and professional assistance.

Main Projects / Activities

Anti corruption conferences, workshops and seminars. Policy papers regarding corruption and access to Information. UNCAC awareness and traning. Youth development in the related areas.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Join local, regional and global forces to control and combat corroption and spread social justice and better lives of the region. Also, contribute to the good governance and accountability of goverments and local bussinesses.

JORDAN Youth Innovation Forum (JYIF) is national youth culture organization registered by the Ministry of Culture as national forum under the number (275 F) by the law of Social Organizations and Forums number 33 for year 1966 Established on 23.08.2007. Mission Statement: Increase the youth active participation in the development process, through ensuring the chances of participation in the local and international meetings, and emphasize the youth initiative to develop the society and integrate in it. On the other hand spread the cooperation and peace spirit between the Jordanian youths and the rest of the world youths for a better future. History: The group was founded in 2004, and that does not mean that our activity started then, we participated in many of youth meeting locally or internationally through our active members. The group started with few participants but since the beginning the participation was from all over the Kingdome governorates to achieve the cultural diversity and the desire to reach all the governorates, with priority for the female participation to support and empower the woman participation in all fields. All the organization activities leads us to the democratic concepts through training and active participation, and ensure, organization that holds the youth projects which provided with the technical and financial support, were the youth them self's run it. The organization obtains it values from the Jordanian deep-rooted traditions and norms, with faith in creativity and sustainable development by using the newest technology and communication methods. Our work is the citizen ship in all it great meanings, by involving all the society levels in this process.

Mission and Objectives

Who we work for? We are the youth's share the youths between (13-30) years old, males or females, from all the Jordanian slices without exceptions, from those whom got mental, movements, materiality, or cultural challenges. In fact they got the priority to participate even they are motivated to participate, focusing on the interest not on the fitness, to strengthening the concept of the civil participation and voluntary work in the society. Why we work? • Reinforce the voluntary work concept • Reinforce the youth leadership concept in our local society • Reinforce the civilized connection with the world youths • Increase the youths participation in the civic society organization • Empower the youths with skills, personal and organizational abilities in the youth field How we work? Our organization works today with a modern vision toward developing the local societies, through understanding the, information technology, communication, and interacts with the developing process by adapting methodologies had been certified internationally and praised by a specialized organizations, Through the knowledge and expertise exchanges. The organization has a special Network & programs for the volunteering youths, they provided with the chance to volunteer in the civil society organizations and programs, with cooperation with trainers and leaders in the youth and voluntary field, which gives the youth the ability to improve their citizenship, through a national organizations their activities extended all over the Kingdome governorates, to create a special network communicate through liaison people all over the governorates and universities. The organization works to improve the youth leadership skills so they can stand up with their pioneer rule, and the initiative to develop the society through a training programs and knowledge exchange meetings, between the organization and its partners in the international networks and the regional meetings, the organization is a active member, founder, and board member in four networks spreads all over world. Youth are our biggest strength!!!

Our mission is to increase the quality participation for the youth and their inclusion in the society by taking action locally and internationally; and to focus on youth potentials as a base for their development; and to promote our visions of equality, non-violent communication, social inclusion and collaboration.

Main Projects / Activities

Created 7 Local projects supporting youth, which took place in various universities and refugee camps. Some brief of our projects:

- "Mind Matters Workshop Series" in universities, aiming to enhance the empowerment and mental well-being of students. The series includes stress management workshops led by mental health professionals, providing practical tools for stress reduction and mindfulness. Peer support circles, facilitated by trained mentors, create a space for students to share experiences and coping strategies, fostering a supportive community. Skill-building sessions focus on practical life skills like time management and effective communication. The workshop series also features a guest speaker series, inviting experts to share insights on mental health and personal development. By combining professional guidance, peer support, and skill development, YEMH's initiative addresses the holistic well-being of university students, equipping them with tools to navigate academic and personal challenges.

- The "Potential for Everyone" Initiative is actively engaged in fostering self-reliance among youth in refugee camps through a targeted Youth Entrepreneurship Training program. Over the course of several weeks, the initiative collaborates with local partners to impart crucial skills to young refugees. Workshops conducted by trained facilitators cover fundamental business concepts, financial literacy, and market research. The program not only equips participants with practical entrepreneurial skills but also instills a sense of empowerment and self-confidence. By focusing on entrepreneurship, the initiative aims to create opportunities for young refugees to build their own livelihoods, fostering a pathway to economic independence and contributing positively to the resilience of their communities. Through this endeavor, the Initiative strives to empower youth in refugee camps, offering them tangible tools and knowledge that can significantly impact their future prospects and overall well-being.

The Jordanian Commission for Democratic Culture (JCDC) was established in the year 2002 as an initiative of a group of Jordanian writers, activities in media fields, parliament deputies and many people who are concerned in Political development, general popular work, as well as human rights defenders. JCDC was licensed by the Jordanian Ministry of Culture. JCDC is a member of many Jordanian and Arab networks. It has a strong relations as well as common programs of work with many civil community institutions (Jordanian and Arab ones). JCDC dedicated a special division of its institutional structure for youth and supervises its various programs. Activity in this field has been crowned with the formation of what is called now: "Youth Initiation for Democracy in Jordanian Universities and the Whole Community". JCDC partners: Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), International Media Support (IMS), Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CIDA), Alfred Mozer Stichting (AMS), Freedom Form (Denmark), Adalah Center for human rights studies.The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, New Jordan Center for Studies , Jordanian Ministry of Culture , King Abdullah II Fund for Development AND Arab Ray. 1. Developing Democratic Culture and spreading it in the society, confirming the political and ideological plurality in an atmosphere of tolerance and mutual respect. 2. Encouraging Dialogue and openness as well as other's acceptance, rejecting violence, fervent biased concepts, closed mindedness, extremity, and discrimination. 3. Opening ways and opportunities of knowing about others' cultures and knowledge's, supporting intra – peoples, multi - religions and cultures` dialogue. 4. Asserting on and fostering values of coexistence, security, and justice for all peoples. 5. Spreading and strengthening concepts of citizenship, equity, equivalence of chances and transparency under the rule of law and institutions state. 6. 1. Training the member of Student Council in the Jordanian Universities about their duty and how they manage the election campaigns supported from AMS at 2010-2011. 2.
