يعد تمكين المجتمع المحلي فلسفة متكاملة تهدف إلى تحفيز عناصر المجتمع على المشاركة الفاعلة في عملية تحديد احتياجاتها و العمل على تلبيتها بشك ايجابي و كذلك تمليك عوامل الاستمرارية بحيث تستطيع المضي في تحقيق اهدافها المجتمعية المبنية على التنمية المستدامة كفاءة مؤسسة غير حكومية تأسست سنة 2004 تعمل على تقديم الخدمات الاستشارية و الدراسات و التدريب بمعايير عالمية عالية الجودة كونها معتمدة من اشهر المؤسسات لدولية في بريطانيا مثل ILM و كذلك ILX أهدافنا : 1 . تنمية المجتمعات المحلية في الاردن وخاصة النائية والقروية . 1. تنفيذ حملات التوعية الصحية والمجتمعية على المستوى المحلي والعربي . 2. تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية المتعلقة بالمجتمعات المحلية . 3. إجراء الدراسات والاستشارات المجتمعية . 4. تنفيذ مبادرات محلية بالتعاون مع المؤسسات الحكومية والمنظمات الدولية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني . 5. تنفيذ برامج تحديد الإحتياجات وإعادة الهيكلة للمؤسسات المجتمعية . مجالات عمل الوحدة : 1. المجالات الصحية والبيئية. 2. تمكين المرأة والشباب . 3. بناء القدرات المؤسسية للهيئات التطوعية 4. بناء قدرات العاملين مع الشباب والأطفال . 5. حقوق الإنسان . 6. إقامة مشاريع مجتمعية محلية وعربية وبمعايير عالية الجودة . 7. الدراسات والاستشارات وتحليلها (spss ) وتقييم البرامج المجتمعية الشباب تعد فئة الشباب من الركائز الأساسية لأي مجتمع و الثروة البشرية الحقيقية و بالتالي اصبح من الأهمية السعي الحثيث لتنمية قدراتهم واستثمار طاقاتهم وهي إحدى الفئات التي استهدفناها بخطط التنمية و التطوير باعتبارها من أهم القوى البشرية و تمثل نقطة انطلاق لكثير من البرامج التنموية و الاجتماعية ولأهمية تكاتف الجهود الشابة في تحقيق نهضة في العمل المجتمعي يقوم المعهد بتنفيذ استراتيجيات مركزة لتنميتهم و تنمية العاملين معهم من سن 12-18 سنة ،و من 19-30 سنة . مجالات العمل:  مشاريع التوعية ( الصحية ،القانونية ،حقوق الشباب )  مشاريع التدريب و بناء قدرات الشباب  بناء قدرات العاملين مع الشباب  تصميم و تنفيذ الأدلة التدريبية و التوعوية للشباب  بناء قدرات الشباب الحياتية و الاقتصادية  التوعية بحقوق الشباب و الشابات  الأطفال و الطفولة المبكرة  الصحة الإنجابية للشباب  صناعة القادة الشباب  توليد المشاريع الصغيرة  تأهيل و إعداد الشباب و الشابات لمرحلة الزواج .  تحسين النوع الاجتماعي للعمل مع الشباب  تدريب المدربين (شباب)  التخطيط و إدارة الأنشطة الشبابية  إجراء البحوث نحو القضايا التي تهم فئة الشباب  دراسة بعض الظواهر و المستجدات و انعكاساتها على الشباب  تنظيم المؤتمرات و الندوات المتخصصة في شؤون الشباب  إطلاق مبادرات ترتقي بالعمل الشبابي.  تأهيل الشباب لسوق العمل و الفرص الاقتصادية . في مجال تمكين المرأة : تعتبر المرأة عنصرا مهما في عملية التنمية و ضمان لاستمراريتها لما لديها من إمكانات و قدرات تستطيع من خلالها احتلال أعلى المراتب في كل الحقول و المجالات و تعتبر الشريك الفاعل في عملية التنمية و ركنا أساسيا من أركان المجتمع، و للوصول إلى تنمية حقيقية للمجتمعات يجب ان تكون مشاركة المرأة فيها ايجابية و فعالة و تترك أثرا واضحا للعيان , ومن هنا فان درجة مشاركة المرأة في الجوانب المختلفة الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و السياسية تعد مؤشرا أساسيا على وضعها و مشكلاتها و مكانتها و تمكنها في المجتمع يسعى ( كفاءة ) لان تكون المرأة عضوا فعالا في المجتمع بما توفره لها من برامج تدريبية في مجالات الإدارة و الريادة و تأكيد فرصها و ضمان حقوقها الأساسية و أن تعمل و تجتهد لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة عن طريق تنفيذ برامج تمكين المرأة بالتعاون مع مؤسسات محلية و منظمات دولية من اجل تحسين نوعية الحياة للمرأة الأردنية على المستوى الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي و السياسي مجالات العمل:  مشاريع التوعية القانونية و العلمية و الاجتماعية  تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا و اجتماعيا  بناء قدرات المرأة و كفاءتها الإنتاجية خبرتنا : تم تنفيذ مجموعة كبيرة من المشاريع المتعلقة بالمرأة مثل:  مشروع القيادات النسوية – المجلس الأعلى للشباب – 2005  حقوق المرأة السياسية – الوكالة الكندية للتنمية -2008 برامج يمكن تنفيذها في مجال المرأة: القيادات النسوية المشاريع الصغيرة للنساء حقوق المرأة في المجتمع و المشاركة برنامج تمكين المرأة القيادية في القرن 21 النوع الاجتماعي المشاركة السياسية للمرأة تهيئة المرأة للانتخابات النيابية المهارات الحياتية للمرأة . الأطفال و الطفولة المبكرة: إن تقدم الأمم يقاس بمدى اهتمامها بالطفولة و الأطفال الذين هم غراس المجتمع فهم من المؤشرات التنموية الضرورية التي تعكس تحضر المجتمعات , لذا أولى المعهد الاهتمام بهذا الفئة الفئة العمرية و خصص لها العديد من المشاريع و البرامج التي نفذها بالتعاون مع العديد من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني مجالات العمل: - إعداد الأدلة التدريبية و التوعوية - الدراسات و الاستشارات الخاصة بالأطفال و الطفولة المبكرة - بناء قدرات العاملين مع الأطفال و الطفولة المبكرة - حقوق الأطفال - الأطفال المعرضين للخطر و في نزاع مع القانون - مشاريع الطفولة المبكرة للأمهات و الآباء . دورات و مشاريع أخرى 1- مهارات للعمل مع الطفولة 2- تنمية المهارات الحياتية 3- حماية الطفل من الإساءة 4- برنامج عمالة الأطفال 5- الطفل الموهوب في القرن 21 برنامج من طفل الى طفل . نفذ المعهد العديد من المشاريع التنموية المحلية والعربية عبر شركائه من NGOS والمنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات الحكومية ويعتبر المؤسسة الرائدة في هذا المجال والمتخصصة بموضوع المجتمع المحلي حيث قام ببناء فلسفة تمكين المجتمع المحلي بشكل عملي وعبر العديد من المشاريع والبرامج التدريبية المجتمعية والتراكمية يسعى kafaa إلى تطوير عمل منظمات المجتمع المدني و تحويلها من الإغاثة إلى التنمية المستدامة و تحويلها إلى مؤسسات و منظمات تنموية , حتى تكون عنصرا فعالا و مؤثرا في بناء المجتمع المدني , و التنمية المستدامة هدف جميع المنظمات المحلية و الدولية التي تعمل بمجال تمكين المجتمعات المدنية ......لذا يهدف المعهد إلى تمليك الإدارات الفعالة للمنظمات الأدوات المساعدة لتحقيق هذا الهدف و تعزيز مشاركة المجتمع المدني في العملية التنموية بناء القدرات المؤسسية لمنظمات المجتمع المدني في محافظة الزرقاء

Keys for Sustainable Development is a non-profit, limited liability founded in 2020 and registered with the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade, based in Amman – Jordan, and specialized in the field of sustainable development in the educational and health sectors, financing small projects, investment promotion and training; aiming at developing the society. The team consists of 6 employees including senior manager, research and development consultant, administrative officer, senior coordinator and PR, logistics officer and accountant. Our strategy is to empower the vulnerable sections of the society by building their capacities through social investment, education, and skill–based development. We have successfully completed several projects funded very well-known donors such as US Embassy and continue to partner with organizations such as Ministry of Youth, Ministry of Education, and local CSO’s with similar objectives to achieve strategic goals by providing possible solutions and prevention including seminars, training, exchanges, design and development, management of initiatives, etc.

General Information

Khebrat is a women cooperative with 30 professional women members registered in Amman Jordan. Financial resources are internal so far through members participation, shares and fees. Khebrat executes Turathcom SME training programs delivery, and Shurouq women employment and consultancy projects in addition to conferences and seminars related to working opportunities of the targeted sector. All members are involved in society activities, each with different role managed by the administrative committee of the society.

Mission and Objectives

It targets middle aged women support through economical and social services provision. It executes different society and cultural activities to help educate and bring together the professional and retired women together.

Main Projects / Activities

1- Turathcom Training project oriented to developing skills and products of the SME projects in Jordan 2- Shurouq women employment project focusing on part-time, from home working environment and including consultancy provision and rehabilitation services for the job seekers.

فريق عمل الصندوق يتكون من : 1- مدير الصندوق + السكرتاريا 2- مساعد المدير 3- قسم متابعة الطلبة الخريجين 4- مسم التأهيل الوظيفي 5- قسم البرامج والمشاريع وخدمة المجتمع المدني حيث يبلغ عدد الموظفين الرسميين بالصندوق 6 موظفين اضافة الى عدد كبير من الطلبة المتطوعين ، حيث يوجد للصندوق شراكات كثيرة مع المنظمات الدولية والاقليمية والمحلية إنجازات وخدمات المكتب: - تقديم النصح والمشورة الفنية للطلبة لتعزيز قدراتهم في الحصول على فرص العمل المتاحة. - توفير متطلبات ووسائل انتقال الطلبة من البيئة الجامعية الأكاديمية إلى البيئة المهنية والعملية لسوق العمل. - مساعدة الطلبة في تأمين فرص عمل دائمة أو مؤقتة ومساعدة الراغبين منهم بالالتحاق ببرنامج العمل التطوعي ونشاطات الخدمة العامة. - مساعدة الطلبة والخريجين لتحديد أهدافهم واتجاهاتهم المهنية وذلك من خلال تحديد المهارات الفردية المطلوبة في مجالات المهن المختلفة. - تأمين طلبة الجامعة بفرص تدريبية في الشركات والبنوك والمستشفيات والمؤسسات الوطنية الرائدة. - استقبال منح صندوق الملك عبدالله الثاني للتنمية، صندوق الأميرة منى لدعم التمريض، شركة زين وشركة السجائر الأردنية بداية كل عام جامعي وإعداد الكشوف النهائية للمتقدمين للمنح المذكورة وبشكل محوسب. - تنظيم مجموعة من الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل بهدف: • صقل شخصية الطالب المتدرب مثل: مهارات النجاح، كيف أكون قيادياً، مشروع العمر، اعداد مدربين في التوعية بأضرار المخدرات، تنمية الشخصية المشرقة وأيقض قوالك وحقق أحلامك. • تزويد الطلبة المتدربين بخبرات متخصصة مثل: فن البورصة العالمية، دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية، تصميم الصفحات الالكترونية، صيانة الحاسوب، إدارة المشاريع، التصميم باستخدام الفلاش، والفوتوشوب، إضافة إلى دورات في اللغات المختلفة. • إعداد الطلبة المتدربين لسوق العمل مثل: كيفية كتابة السيرة الذاتية ورسالة التغطية، إجراء المقابلة الشخصية، مهارات الاستكشاف المهني وأخلاقيات سوق العمل. • ترشيح الطلبة المتدربين لتمثيل الجامعة من خلال المشاركة في الملتقيات الإبداعية، الدورات التدريبية، وورش العمل، اللقاءات، المخيمات الشبابية والمؤتمرات وعلى النطاق المحلي والعربي والدولي كما يعتمد تمويل الصندوق على ميزانية الجامعة الهاشمية ودعم القطاع الخاص ودعم المنظمات المانحة الدولية

رسالتنا: إعداد جيل من الشباب الواعي بمصلحته ومصلحة الوطن من خلال تزويدهم بكل ما من شأنه تأهيلهم لسوق العمل بكل ثقة واقتدار وتنمية روح المواطنة . اهدافنا - إقامة المشاريع لزيادة الوعي في مجال حقوق المرأة والطفل والشباب - توفير قاعدة بيانات عن احتياجات سوق العمل من الموارد البشرية. - الموائمة بين مهارات الاتصال التي يتم تدريب الطلاب عليها مع الاحتياجات الحقيقية لسوق العمل محلياً وإقليمياً وعالمياً. - ترسيخ قيم العمل وسلوكياته والانتماء الوظيفي. - مساعدة الطلبة في تأمين فرص عمل دائمة بعد التخرج أو مؤقتة خلال مرحلة تعليمهم الجامعي. - فتح قنوات الاتصال بين المجتمع الطلابي في الجامعات وفعاليات القطاع الخاص وهيئات المجتمع المدني.

All Jordan Youth Commission (AJYC), works under King Abdulla II Fund for Development (KAFD), and was established on October 5, 2006 as a recommendation of the All Jordan Youth Forum, which was held under the Royal patronage on Tuesday and Wednesday September 12-13, 2006 and attended by 750 young people representing various universities and youth institutions from all over the country.

Mission and Objectives

Vision: To communicate with the Jordanian youth wherever they reside to motivate their potential and be directed towards boosting their communities, raise awareness of the various issues and national challenges, and to activate their role as a real partner with an influential role in economic, social, political and cultural life. Objectives: - Communicate with the Jordanian youth and encourage them to contribute to the development of their communities. - Raise the intellectual and creative capabilities and develop the initiative spirit among young people. - Activate the communication channels with young people to read their views and positions on national issues. - Engage young people to participate in political, economic, social and cultural life. - Promote and regulate the process of engaging young people in productive voluntary work.

AJYC Achievements: AJYC implements partnership programs with a number of public and private sectors and different organizations to strengthen the role of young people, including: Parliament, Ministry of Municipalities, Judicial Council, Amman Greater Municipality, Authority of Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZA), municipalities, the Ministry of Political Development, the Ministry of Culture, National Information Technology Center / Knowledge Stations, Institutions of the State, Universities and community colleges, schools, vocational training centers, the National Training and Employment Company, Knowledge Horizon. Institutions and youth development programs Umniah communications company and others - Training youth on the basic tools required to enhance their productivity, including English Language, Computer, Communication and small businesses skills. - Many debate sessions and interactive workshops were held to raise awareness among youth on national issues and challenges, and to engage them to take their role and responsibility. - AJYC volunteers participated in social-economic field surveys in different regions to emphasis youth role in addressing their community challenges. - Various activities ranging between youth empowerment and community service were implemented to promote values of volunteerism among young people, including: Initiatives: AJYC provides and activates many creative youth initiatives for Jordanian youth, including: - Youth Microfinance Fund: In collaboration with the National Microfinance Bank, 72 small businesses were funded worth a total of (267,000) JD, which in turn provided more than 100 new jobs for young people. - Knights of Change (Change Makers) Award: Aims to reward entrepreneurial spirit, and promotes positive change among young people in many fields, including scientific research, voluntary work and pilot projects. - Youth Debate Club: Encourages young people to unleash their views while respecting others opinions through training them on debate management and art of discourse. 75 debate clubs were established in public schools.

Improve & Effect on the local environment and communities to promote archaeological areas and cultures to attract tourism investments that would support the national economy through tourism of various types, and strengthen local communities knowledge and skills to participate in public life and support democracy.
Goals
1. Maximize economic returns:
a. Encourage development projects that enhance competitive advantage and relative to the tourism sector in the MENA region.
b.  Promote development projects in all regions in the country that would increase efficiency in time and quality of added programs.
2. Activate the private sector and community participation in development process.
3. Strengthening the principle of partnership in the national administration of development and Democracy.
4. Developing and leading development marketing and promotion policies.
5. Distribution of the benefits of geography and thus bring about the creation of products in various territories Assembly will circulate the founding associations and rehabilitation by the private sector to manage and maintain all sites.
6. Promote social responsibility among individuals and encourage participation in improving the quality of life and ability to convert negatives to positives.
7. Adoption of the tourism sector as an effective tool to improve citizens ' income and reducing poverty and unemployment.

Main Projects / Activities

1. Assessment needs of Um- Al Rassass agrological site development and linked it with religious tourism paths in Jordan, capacity building for local community to merge in development, cooperate with local associations work several projects in the region to improve tourist services and the restoration of monuments out. 2. Project for Integrating Syrian refugees in host communities
3. Cultural and touristic twinning project between the archeological cities of Umm Qais (Gadara) in Jordan and the city of Sbeitla (safitla) in Tunisia and the city of Otranto in Italy and Algeria 2013
4. Project for Integrating Youth in local communities and promote citizenship in Jordan
5. Field research includes the areas that deal with adventure tourism and eco-tourism in Jordan, and put it on the map of the local tourism, a study on the needs of these areas, and how to employ them for using environmentally tourists through the development of an integrated environmental tourism product. Fund for support associations
6. A detailed analytical mapping on the situation of tourism, cultural and social and economical to the city of Umm Qais, Himma in Jordan to support the twinning program between the cities of Umm Qais and Himma in Jordan, Tunisia and Sbeïtla in Otranto in Italy. Funded by USAID – under program title: civic initiative support fund 2014- managing by FHI360.
7. Promote awareness of women leaders roles in political and civic life (I made my Decision)funded by European delegation Contracting Authority: Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs 2015.

KRA is developing strategy to fight poverty through developing tourism, by integrating local community with resources in tourism to support local income for poor people
