Salto Youth Association is an independent, democratic, non-political and youth-oriented social initiative since 2011 and in July 2019; gained association status. With a large potential of members and followers throughout Turkey (in August 2019 above than 250 from more than 35 cities), aiming youth to take active roles in the society with the idea of "for the youth with the youth" thus, voluntarily organizing social and cultural activities at local, national and international levels led by youth workers, volunteers, students, trainers and project management.
Salt Youth Association, focuses on youth with fewer opportunities, socially disadvantaged, mainly works with university students and new graduates and focuses on social activities trying to include them into local and international activities through Erasmus+, Civil Society Dialogue and other national and international funds.
Erasmus+ Projects, European Solidarity Corps., European Youth Opportunities Information, New and Social Media Activities and Trainings, Youth Exchange, Training Courses, Seminars, Project Consultancy, Culture and Media Workshops, IT Workshops, Campaign Management and Lobby Activities for Youth Empowerment and Youth Representation.
We believe that Euro-Med values and developments are very important for the Anatolian Peninsula which is surrounded by sea on three sides. We want to take our place at Anna Lindh Foundation after; Checks and Balance Networks(DDA), (Potential observer) Youth Organizations Forum (GoFor) and National Youth Parliament (UGP) in order to be a close follower of decision makers.
