CEPAIM Foundation has a proven management capacity in its more than 16 years of experience, while an administrative structure highly professional, committed to a policy of quality and transparency that is based on continuous improvement, high professionalism their equipment, the satisfaction of the users, applying all laws and regulations, transparency, trust and social involvement.
The management area of the Foundation is structured in departments that support all activity carried out by the organization: management department, Human Resources department, quality department, department, department and department of communication and management projects knowledge.
CEPAIM Foundation has experience in the management of public funds and European programs, with adjusted cost accounting Chart of Accounts. CEPAIM Foundation is an organization in the Spanish Network for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion in the State Platform of Social NGOs, the Spanish Association of Foundations, EAPN representing Spain in the Structural Funds Task Force.
CEPAIM is vocal in the Forum for the Social Integration of Immigrants, Ministry of Labour and Immigration. He is a member of the Council for Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination, under the Secretariat for Equality of the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality.

CEPAIM Foundation created in 1994 as a consortium of entities for Integral Action with Migrants, composed of various social organizations, becoming the annuity Foundation in 2008, setting up a Board which is composed of employers legal and physical employers, employers still legal the following social organizations: Foundation Welcomes Sevilla, Almeria Association Welcomes, Horuelo Association, Association for the Promotion of Social Services and Acisi Association.
Fundación CEPAIM employs 150 workers and 99 volunteers and a Board consisting of five social organizations with a long career in the third sector and 13 people with experience
