Puruli Culture&Art works for art to be accessible for everyone. It aims art which is out of the common circuit to reach as much as people and to open alternative channels, it collaborates with the institutions and people who share similar objectives. 

Main Projects / Activities

Puruli Culture&Art is mainly involved in film festival organization and film screenings. It offers organization, consultation and promotion services to the film festivals, communities and filmmakers around the world as well as organizing it’s own events. The team of Puruli Culture&Art has been organizing Ankara Accessible Film Festival since 2013, a festival which is accessible for the visually, hearing and orthopedically impaired audience.

General Information
Renaissance Institute is established by a group of young people in a town named Kazan, a country side part of Ankara. There is a Board with 7 members who are manageing the NGO in order to produce service for young people who lives out of city center. There are 15 active volunteers working in the office as assistants and a group of volunteer cordinators. Altouhgt, the NGO is new, there aren't any paid workers in the office. The NGO's expected bugdet is likely 10.000 € per year for first two years. It gets financal support from membership fees and donates from businessmen from Kazan town. Also there are many supports from Public Bodies for those NGOs who produce service for people living in country side. So far, the Renaissance Institute, supported three youth initative projects (No-Visa, EVS & Erasmus Explorers, EuroVideoDesk); two youth exchanges (Let's Play Together, We Are Young Active Employable); become partner of six projects which will be held in abroad. The board set the strategy mostly depending on Anna Lindh Foundation's 4D strategy. So our activities focuses on developing Democracy in country side, taking attention on Environmental problems and sustainable development, rising soical statue of women, preventing voilence related with gender issues, developing human rights approach, develoing an approach on intercultural/international dialogue and promoting peace, using media as a tool for democracy and participation, making researches about demands of people who lives in country side, non-formal education for young people. Mostly, EU Affairs Ministry, Governorship of Kazan, Municipality of Kazan, Universities from Ankara, Local Youth and Sport Office are our potential partners in activities that we carry out in local. What is more, there are many other NGOs from Euro-Med countries which involves our projects as partners.

To enrich young peoples lifes with intercultural activities
To establish a sustainable and environmental development both in social and economic
To improve the capacity NGOs and Public Bodies in order to develop democratical participation
To support to Universities and Researcher to find correct information about people who lives in country side.

Main Projects / Activities

Our main activities mostly focused on trainings, youth exchanges, consultancy services and coaching for young people. We are interested in any projects which can support young people living in country side in a possitive way. For now our highlighted topics are gender issues, entrepereneurship, youth unemployment, social inclusion, democracy and dialogue.

We can participate the researches of National Network in country side. We can disseminate the activities of Network in country side. We can build partnerships to projects for cross border development.

We believe networking is a very important source for NGOs. Networking helps NGOs to rise their quality on their sevices with sharing best practices; to develop the impact of activities on community with partnerships; working together for same strategy in all around world makes NGOs more powerful. General Information
EDROM is the first officially established Roma NGO in Turkey and active in Edirne since its establishment in 2004 (first under the name of EDÇİNKAY) and it’s a leader in motivating and supporting the Roma communities in the area and in Turkey in general to get organized and work towards bettering their situation; in this sense EDROM has been also the leader of the Roma Associations Federation (ROMDEF) with 13 member associations acting together for designing and influencing policies related to or “affecting” the Roma people.

Edrom is support Roma leader, young people and Roma woman in order to increase their capacity to get their citizenship rights in Turkey.

General Information
Robert College (RC) is a private Turkish high school, with a student body of approximately 1,000 and faculty and staff of approximately 100. Certain clubs that are involved in international projects are the Model United Nations and European Youth Parliament clubs. Others include WINPEACE and Destination ImagiNation. Some clubs are allocated about $1,500 for events such as conferences. This funding is provided by the school. RC also provides travel funding for students who represent the school at events in Turkey and abroad. Approximately 20% of the RC student body are scholarship students.

General Information
RomaYouth, was established in 2009 by a group of Roma youngsters in Ankara. Since its establishment the association has been realizing local and international level projects. Its main target group is Roma youngsters and non-roman youth. So we are an youth NGO, working on cultural and intercultural dialogue as well as fighting against discrimination, racism through the Roman people.
Mission and Objectives

RomaYouth aims;
•to increase the capacity of roman youth and roman youth initiatives, on combating against all kinds of discriminative policies and implementations,
•to motivate roman youth to have leadership roles in social and economical life,
•to enable Roma youth to participate fully, equally and actively in social, cultural and economical life
•to improve the coordination between youth related organizations and institutions in order to enable them share experience and know-how
•to implement researches on the problems of young people and to make youthful policies,
•to participate in decision and policy making processes about youth,
•to provide space for the participation of young people in national and local level youth policy making processes,
•to increase the personal, social and cultural capacity of the young people in order to enable them to participate actively in social and economical life
•to raise awareness on human rights, democracy, peace, brotherhood and solidarity among young people

Main Projects / Activities

RomaYouth is the partner of a large scale project run by Spolu. The project started on December 15th 2009 and lasted until June 15th 2010. The aim of the project is to support inclusion of Roma young people into society deeply by organizing various activities. During the project RomaYouth brought together the personal stories of young people and disseminate them on various ways, implement regular guidance and information work towards the youth, stimulate self organized socialization and team building activities, build and maintain a website to attract youth and students. Our main activities are;
1- Intercultural meetings,
2- Non-Formal trainings for Roman youth,
3- Capacity building activities such as photograph courses,painting,street soccer tournaments between Roman youth and non-Roman youth.
4- Lobbying and advocating of the Roman cultural right,
5- Consultancy to the decision makers for the recent democratic developments in Turkey about Roma people.

General Information
Romankara is established by a group of university students of Roma origin in 2007, in order to promote Roma culture and make it understood in a positive way. Romankara has 40 members between the ages of 18-29. The members continue their activities on voluntary basis and the regular source of funding is the membership fees. Romankara also has the regular contribution in kind of many institutions including embassies and other associations. When there is available budget Romankara can provide salary or perdiems to persons in charge of the projects. Romankara's activities have been financially supported in the past by the Embassy of USA and Denmark, as well as the EU Youth in Action programme.
Mission and Objectives

The association advocates the rights of Roma people against poverty, social exclusion and discrimination.The association aims at establishing solidarity between Roma young people in social, cultural and economic fields, to support their participation in social life and to create networks among Roma young people for them to advocate their rights.

Main Projects / Activities

Romankara organizes national and international Roma youth meetings, film screening and other cultural activities, workshops and advocacy trainings and is the reference organization for the scholarships for Roma students.
