aria is a residency programme founded by artist Zineb Sedira in 2011. It aims at building cross-border dialogues and creating an ongoing dynamic network in diverse international art communities within and beyond Algeria. It provides opportunities for emerging and established artists from North Africa and across the world to conduct artistic and cultural research and production.
In addition, since 2013, aria develops a programme of commissions directed to Algeria-based artists and exhibitions showcasing the work of Algerian artists and from the diaspora.

The first one is to target visions young Arab unable to shoulder its responsibilities in the future lost in the technological development of the knowledge and subdivided by the following objectives:
01 - to involve young people in all areas related to it and strengthen the participation of young people within the structures of government, clubs and youth centers.
02 - inclusion of specific programs in the youth strategy to raise awareness of privacy and the Algerian desert and Arabic teaching of history, movies and documentaries about the identity of Algeria and the Arab identity, trips, expeditions ...............(.
03 - Diagnostic codes to raise the national spirit among young people, and the inclusion of a full program about this in the youth to be laid out for young people a vision of Algeria and the Arab nation and the commitment for it and work to catch up with the most advanced societies.
04 - make the possession of knowledge and technological innovation at the forefront of young people's interest, as the entrance to raise all challenges.
05 - expanding and follow-up and monitoring of job opportunities for young people and to supervise the operations and media awareness-raising to build a micro-enterprise and private, and the conduct of business creation, and the securing of social integration.
06 - work on activating the role of youth in perpetuating a tradition of dialogue and meetings of youth groups all Arab youth from all classes and follow the youth strategy and submit proposals.
07 - to intensify educational activities for social integration in coordination with the Assembly and the parties concerned, especially in centers and summer camps and working to educate students healthy and socially, especially in the relationship with parents and peers and a culture of peace among students.
08 - provide for the categories of animate and destitute need: to stand by the disadvantaged and needy in the social events.
09 - to confirm the leading role of youth in the community, and to enhance this role based on the concept of community partnership and the distribution of roles.
10 - Activating the spirit of youth leadership and development to achieve further accomplishments of youth to the homeland, including building their own future.
11 - Activating the role of women desert and the need to involve them in social and economic development of the state.
12 - Defense of human rights universal and holistic sense.

إن الجمعية الولائية للإعلام والإتصال في الوسط الشباني لولاية مستغانم تم تأسيسها لمد يد العون لديوان مؤسسات الشباب لولاية مستغانم
حيث تتمل المهام الأساسية فيما يلي :
-العمل على تطوير الإعلام والإتصال الموجه للشباب
-توفير المعلومات  التي تهم الشباب في مختلف الميادين
-إجاد أنجع الطرق للإتصال والتواصل مع وبين الشباب
ومن هنا فهيا تعمل   بالتنسيق مع مختلف الشركاء والفاعلين في  الميدان الشباني على :
 تنظيم أو المشاركة في النشاطات أو التظاهرات الاجتماعية التربوية والثقافية والعلمية  ونشاطات التسلية الموجهة لفائدة الشباب،
 تنظيم  أو المشاركة في  نشاطات  الهواء  الطلق  و السياحة التربوية ،
 تقديم المساعدة  التقنية  للشباب  لإنجاز مشاريعهم،
 برمجــة  لقاءات  الشباب في إطار المبادلات الوطنية  والدولية  والزيارات  ودراسات  الوسط،

L'association se fixe comme oBjectifs principaux: 1/La prise en charge des enfants et adolescents en situation de handicap: prise en charge psychopédagigique, insertion sociale et/ou économique 2/Campagnes de prévention du handicap 3/Sensibilisation et plaidoyer pour l'application des droits des personnes en situation de handicap tels que contenu dans la convention internationale des droits des personnes handicapés

les objectifs de notre association et l'encadrement des enfants et des jeunes en matière de la citoyenneté , démocratie et de l'animation en générale , ainsi dans les activités culturelle et artistique théâtre , musique , arts plastique ,,, etc , l'association a investit dans le domaine des femmes en matière d'insertion et d'accompagnement

Au sein de AGIR nous développons des projets dans ce sens avec différents partenaires, mais aussi nous favorisons l`approche partenarial des pouvoirs public pour qu`ils soient acteur eux aussi. Donc mon rôle consiste à faire en sorte que les objectifs du projet soient réalisés et aboutir aux résultats escomptés.
A cet effet qui dit de citoyenneté, engagement et participation implique  automatiquement d`aborder la gouvernance notamment locale, mais aussi la démocratie participative qui consiste une des fondations d`une élection propre. Donc à travers nos projets, nous introduisons les jeunes algériens à ces concepts pour qu`ils se familiarisent et beaucoup d`entre eux qui ont bénéficié de nos projets sont au jour aujourd’hui des militants actifs et même élus.
