In this year, PSCF is carrying out two projects, one of them aims to promote the environmental health conditions in Al Zarqa Area by integrating environmental health and hygiene education with infrastructure works, with a focus on women and children. It is donated by the European Commission and MAP-UK with total budget estimated of $464,086 for a 2-years duration, and 13 employees were recruited to manage it. PSCF has taken prior a approval from CARE International to carry out another project in the Middle Area of Gaza strip which aims to improve the living conditions of the physically disabled people. 7 employees will be recruited in this project.
Mission and Objectives

The mission of Palestine Save the Children Foundation (PSCF) is to enable the women and children in Palestinian refugee camps and other disadvantaged Communities in Gaza/West Bank to develop and improve their lives economically, socially, and educationally and health by working in partnership with their families and with the communities in which they live. PSCF seeks to develop skills and promote behavior that will endure, and thus ensure positive ongoing changes in the lives of Palestinian children to help them to strengthen their community, to educate their parents; and to encourage gender equality.

PASSIA’s core team consists of 7-8 full-timers and 2-3 part-timers. In addition, researchers, editors, interns or volunteers are commissioned for specific tasks if and as needed. PASSIA prepares project proposals which are then submitted to possible founders. Past partners have included the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES); Ford Foundation; the Japanese Endowment Fund (via UNDP-PAPP); USAID; and the Canadian Cooperation Fund. Mission Statement
MADA is an independent Palestinian non-governmental and non-profit organization, founded in 2006, registered under the number (IRA-250-I), with its headquarters in Ramallah. The center operates throughout the Palestinian territories.
Message:
MADA is an independent, nongovernmental, and non-profit organization that aims to defend and develop media freedoms by promoting a culture of freedom of opinion and expression, and working towards the amendment of legislation governing the media in line with international standards of freedom of expression. MADA collaborates with Arab and International institutions in the efforts of promoting freedom of opinion and expression.
Strategic Issues:
1. The continued violations against journalists and media providers
2. Palestinian media faces numerous obstacles in practicing professionalism, independence, objectivity, impartiality and competence
3. Freedom of expression is not institutionalized as a community respected and protected necessity.

The center seeks to achieve its vision through its work to achieve five goals in developmental and one internal operational goal, and these goals are:

PCMRD was established as a NGO, no partisan social center in 2004. PCMRD is Hebron based community development and research center aims at joining and contributing to the efforts of igniting positive community change and human values in Palestine.

- Women Voices: project organized by IPYL and funded by UNESCO-IPDC- 2007 and aimed at empowering 25 women in media and its different applications from Hebron district to become agents of change and advocates for women rights.
- “ICT and Media: Efficient tools for youth to counter extremism”.
13 months project aims at empowering young Palestinians from Hebron to counter extremism over the internet. The project took place in 2017- 2018. Funded by UNESCO- Societies of Knowledge Unit
• 20-26/11/2023 three members attended the CCIVS network meeting- General Assembly Athens- Greece.
• 6-17/8/2023 organized and ran international voluntary workcamp- through World Heritage Volunteers at Battir town in south west Jerusalem.
• 25-28/5/2023 two members attended three days’ climate change festival organized by Legambiente - at Paestum (Salerno) Italy and supported by the world heritage volunteers focal point- Better World- Korea.
• 23-31 /5/2023. One member attended this one-week long training workshop (“E=MC²º - Empowerment through Management and Coordination), organized by Egyesek (On behalf of the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organizations) in Holoko-Hungary and co-funded by the European Fund for Council of Europe Youth Council (project reference number: 230.WP.2023) and by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
• 1-6 /3/2023, delegation of 2 members of the center attended the technical meeting of the Alliance (Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organizations) in Riga- Latvia. The meeting gathered 120 persons from 35 countries to exchange the international voluntary workcamps programs and to maintain our network with influential global networks.
