The Association for Sustainable Local and Rural Development DRENKA Skopje is a voluntary, non-profit, non-governmental, non-partisan association, formed by free association, which through informing, educating and activating the population, will enable joint cooperation of the public, private and civil sectors, and for the purpose of long-term development of local and rural areas within the territory of North Macedonia.
The association leads initiatives for sustainable local and rural development, and participates in building public opinion and creating policies in the area of good governance and development of an integrated and multi-sectoral strategic approach, by strengthening local competitiveness and innovation.

We would partner with other members on projects or initiatives. This can include co-hosting events, creating joint resources, or developing community outreach programs. Building Connections- we would facilitate introductions between members and other relevant organizations or individuals to expand the network’s reach and impact. By actively participating and leveraging your unique skills and experiences, you can help strengthen and enrich the network in our country.
We want to join the ALF Network because it offers a platform for collaboration and knowledge-sharing among like organisations and their representatives who are passionate about advancing social change. The opportunity to connect with diverse perspectives and innovative ideas can inspire new approaches to challenges. Additionally, being part of a community that values inclusivity and empowerment aligns with my commitment to fostering positive impact.
