General Information
The organisation is managed by the core team which consists of the three founding members, an additional member who is in charge of securing Grants and designing Educational Programmes for the organisation and the Artistic Director. We employ 9 part time music teachers and our Artistic Director - Maestro. Our budgetary resources are of around 30000 EUR per year. Our sources for funding are mainly in-kind resources (free space to use, purchase of musical instruments), small grants by various organisations and companies as well as small projects. Despite the fact that it is a newly established organisation, Sistema Cyprus has set up strong and viable partnerships with important supporters, thus ensuring its presence in the years to come. Among these supporters are the Municipality of Nicosia, UNHCR Cyprus, the Yiannis Christodoulou Foundation, The University of Nicosia, Larnaka Cultural Foundation, Ernst and Young and other corporate supporters.
