Women's Studies Centre, National University of Ireland Galway

1. We have three full-time and two part-time staff in the Centre. All staff are permanent employees of the National University of Ireland, Galway. 2. & 3. The Women’s Studies Centre is an academic unit within the National University of Ireland, Galway. Consequently, information on budgets and sources of funding are not available for public display. 4. The Centre runs a number of academic teaching programmes, including Certificate/Diploma, Modules for Visiting Students, a one-year MA in Women’s Studies, and an M.Litt and PhD programme. We also work closely with local community groups on a number of projects relating to domestic violence and women’s health. We are a registered publisher and regularly run seminar series, conferences and symposia.
