There are no full time employees within organization. All are employed on project basis. The Assembly is in session annually or when required. The work of the Assembly is defined by our Statute. The Assembly elects members of the Supervisory Board, which competences are prescribed by the Statute. The Supervisory Board meets whenever it is required and it consists of two members. The Executive Director is elected by Executive Board. Previously we worked as Helsinki Citizens Assembly Tuzla, and since 2004 we registered NGO on local level with name Youth Resource Centre Tuzla. We provide our capacities and support to youth, minority and other organizations in a filed of: fundraising, training of their staff, delivering relevant information, advising etc. We are founder and coordinator of Youth Network of Bosnia and Herzegovina (since 1997) that currently gathers around 100 members. We have established partnership with many international organizations and several networks.
Mission-Youth Resource Centre (ORC) Tuzla helping in work to youth organizations and individuals, specially to those who act in smaller and "closed" local areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Objectives – Strengthening youth sector in BiH; Strengthen of capacity and resources of youth organizations and non-formal groups, specially in smaller places; Stimulation and strengthen cooperation between youth organizations on local, national and regional level; Collecting and creating database of youth organizations with their activities and work; Cooperation development between youth organizations and government on all levels; Giving expert an logistic help to youth organizations in work, specially to organizations which just work on establishment; Establishment and creation of better communication and faster circulation of information between organizations; Connecting and cooperation with youth organizations from region, Europe and world.
Meetings with youth organizations representatives, government representatives in Tuzla canton and whole Bosnia and Herzegovina; Information about youth sector activities are collected daily and distributed from/to youth organizations - members of Youth network of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All this information also were published on our web site www.omladina-bih.net; We monthly publish information about Youth Network member activities, together with all other useful information in form of monthly bulletin. This bulletin is also published in English language. Monthly bulletin is distributed on more than 2000 addresses in total; Support to minority and other nongovernmental organizations in their work; Working on regional project and cross-border cooperation with our partners.
