From April 12th to 25th, 2024, Vratsa became the epicenter of an unforgettable journey for 35 adventurous participants from Bulgaria, Denmark, Italy, Romania, Greece, Armenia, and Czech Republic!
"Survival Guide: War Apocalypse" wasn't just a project - it was a transformative experience designed to prepare young minds for crisis situations triggered by a nuclear war.
Throughout the immersive role-play game, participants learned vital survival skills like first aid, shelter-building, resource management, self-defense, and even armed combat skills! Led by experts from ASP (the leading Emergency responders in Bulgaria), they embraced challenges and emerged stronger and more prepared than ever.
Reflecting on their experiences, participants shared their newfound knowledge with the local community and connected with nature in the serene surroundings of the Eco Youth Camp in Ochindol village, nestled amidst the breathtaking Vratza Balkan National Park.
Hosted by Mladezhda, this project proved to be more than just a youth exchange - it was a testament to the power of collaboration, learning, and resilience.
