The general objective of this call for proposals is to promote

• (i) upgrading of Social Protection Establishments (PSEs),
• (ii) capacity building of CSOs working in these PSEs at local level and
• (iii) innovation for the improvement of social services in connection with Specific Objective n ° 4 of the program (Development of social service provision by accredited Social Centers (Social Protection Establishments - EPS)) according to quality criteria and service standards inspected and qualified personnel, throughout the territory).
