Larbi Sadiki is a Professor in Arab democratisation at the Department of International Affairs, Qatar University. Previously based at the Political Science Department, University of Exeter, UK, and taught at the University of Westminster subjects ranging from IR to politics and culture of the Arab and Muslim world.

Expert in democratic transitions and democracy with special reference to the Arab World, and more recently on Arab revolutions. Sadiki holds a PhD from the Australian National University.
