General Information
First: The General Assembly
Article 15

Article 19
Consider Assembly in its extraordinary meeting of the following:
Amend the statute to the charitable organization.
Isolate members of the Governing Council and the withdrawal of confidence from them.

Article 20

Article 28

Chapter VI
General Provisions
Article 44
