Believing in the role of art and artists in social development of the region, “Training in the Street” project seeks to fill this gap between artists and people in order to encourage more participation and freedom of expression across the Euro Med region. Through the establishment of training workshops with a part of the training between artists and people in the street, the project formulates and drafts an artistic experience to be presented in interactive ways and social artistic event in Streets.

“Training in street” is searching for freedom in the streets and works on brining the artists out of the closed venues to the open spaces, where they can perform, present their talents for people and exchange views. It tries to inspire and encourage a meaningful engagement with real-world issues in public spaces all over the region. The workshops and the trainings raises the skills of the artists, while emphaisisng on the role of art in change and civil participation.
