By the structure we have parliament and the executive director. There are 2 employees. Our budget in a year is 48.000 BAM. Sources of funding through projects by the donors. We have concrete projects and seminars. Main partners involved are TPO Foundation and IN Foundation.
Organization mission is to educate women about their rights, raising awareness about the role of women in modern democratic society, engaging women in modern political issues, providing legal help to women and the young, human rights promotion, advocationg for the application and applicating legal provisions, promotion and improvement of tolerance, democracy, civil society, non-violent communication, peace, and other democratic society values.
Project: Constitution and Me Project: Prevention of violence in schools (gender based, gender originated) Project: Implementing gender equality in local communities.
Cooperation with ALF Network is going to be beneficial for both, our organization and the ALF Network.Our society will, through our work and sharing information, get acquainted with the Network itself.
We want to be a part of the Network because our mission and our vision as well is competent with fields of action and interests of the ALF Network.
