The Covid pandemic brought home to us all our common humanity and vulnerability to forces beyond our control. It was an appropriate time to think about the journey we need to make together from polarization to consensus from separateness to community.
As someone who has devoted the last 30 years trying to build bridges and foster reconciliation on the divided island of Cyprus this seemed to be the right time to share what I have learnt in the context of my work as a politician, citizen activist and individual working for reconciliation and reunification.
What I have learnt is I believe not just relevant to Cyprus but in the wider context.
