“The halts of Virtual Marathon in Lithuania”

By contributing to the realization of the initiative of Virtual Marathon aim, we will organize activities to strengthen the capacity of the national network members, to make possibility to present their activities to young people focusing on exchanging of good practices and discussing new trends and priority areas of work for the promotion of intercultural dialogue (ICD) in the EuroMed region in the main domains of the ALF work and taking into consideration the new context brought about by the outburst of the world pandemic Covid-19.
The first event (workshop) will allow the network participants to highlight their strengths, extend the network and discover their opportunities to be more active in implementing the ALF objectives and contributing to the strengthening of EuroMed cooperation in their field of activity.
Especially having in mind that many new organizations have joined ALF LT during the last few years.
In the second event (virtual Fair), we will seek to present to young people, the educational community, and the broader society the activities created by the ALF and carried out by the ALF members in a collective effort to address the challenges of intercultural dialogue in pandemic times.
7. a training and workshop will bring ALF network members and other NGO from Lithuania for a common learning opportunity. During the workshop organisations will have a chance to learn how to present their organisation in a short manner while still maintaining a good impression. In this workshop participants will be presented with the elevator method, which we use in the worldwide International business network (BNI): will be able to hear good examples, and will have a chance to create and present their NGO in an effective way.
Every participant/NGO will have a chance to present themselves, get some feedback, and get to know other NGO better. The workshop will also help to bring members together and ensure their partnership strengthening and cooperation possibilities. This workshop aims to include as many members as possible.
