Mission
Interdisciplinary strategic reflection and intra- and intercultural dialogue, visions and strategies construction and leadership skills building (knowledge, skills and performance) by means of optimum involvement of Tunisian competencies, women, youth,  and societal leaders; and education on citizenship , rule of law, sustainable-development-policy prospective, resilience, and fund-raising for a fruitful construction of Tunisia in a fast-changing world...
General Objective
Discussing, inventing and engineering visions for 21st-century Tunisia, and societal updated influent leaderships within a wider regional intercultural dialogue, via:
a) Forging a vision for Tunisia’s 21st-century society free from authoritarianism and radicalism in an intertwined world;
b) Elaborating an updated conception of Tunisia’s national territory from a sustainable development viewpoint;
c) Establishing a modern development vision based on sustainable security, entrepreneurship, social justice, environmental safety, and positive interaction with the world;
d) Engaging  cultural interaction between Tunisia and world’s peoples in light of national and universal values and international solidarity.

TAICE,Tunisian Association for International Cultural Exchange,is a Non Profit association created in September 2012 and encompasses 25 active members.A priori,its focal purpose is to organise cultural exchanges,meetings,hikes,and out-doors activities between Tunisian students and their fellows from outside Tunisia in order to build a mutual,reciprocal,and universal understanding between them.Based in Tunisia,TAICE’s goals centres around organizing cultural exchanges between Tunisian students and international ones.In fact, we are trying to bring into close relation the Tunisian student to the foreigner one so that a fruitful cultural encounter is brought about among all the participants.Regardless of their origins,ethnicities,gender,religions,dogmata and so on and so forth,TAICE believes that harmony,co-existence, and acculturation are to be met via raising fertile debates. Therefore, TAICE equates the very notion of learning more about the rest of the world, sharing new ideas, widening one’s social network, and melting various cultures in an unforgettable experience.

TAICE arranges special cultural events which provide opportunities for international students and expatriates to communicate and debate with Tunisian youth certain controversial issues, to come across various aspects of the Tunisian culture, language, and tradition, as well as to visit places and discover monuments of bygone civilizations.

TAICE (Tunisian Association for International Cultural Exchange) is a non-profit organization which is independent from any political, religious, ethnic, or gender ideology. Situated in Tunis, TAICE is founded by a group of young Tunisians who cherish and seek to promote cultural exchange between Tunisia and the World. Creating the association, we started from the actual situation of the planet and our goal is to favourite sustainable devlepoment over all aspects of life for the Human race to thrive peacefully with its environment.

Main Projects / Activities

We have a small research team of scholars working on studies and gathering statistics about environmental issues in Tunisia and comparing it with the neighborhood countries as well as other regions to see the impact of actions from one region to another.  Our second project is epetitions.tn that is the first and only web-based platform in raising online peitions to local governments.

We hope to contribute by our researches and efforts in our areas of work as well as by joining hands with the network for joint projects, also by holding and participating in workshops and forums.

As an accredited Erasmus EU organisation, our mission is to work with institutions and organisations to create a just and sustainable world. We envision a world in which everyone can lead a prosperous and dignified life within the boundaries of the Earth’s natural resources across boundaries with no limitations in ethnic, cultural, languages, and religion. We are dedicated to expanding the horizon of youth empowerment, diversity and equality utilising non-formal education by means of voluntary services as a tool to global change, using art work and other handcraft towards youth development. We do have a physical environment suitable for young people with physical difficulties, using sports and handcraft as a means towards social development and creating opportunities for youths while tapping into their resources. We do cooperation with partners in Europe and the across the middle east, both on youth and sports development.
Mission and Objectives

Among the projects that we engage in, which are not limited to volunteering, youth
development, community development, agricultural, artwork (artisans) while using sports as
means towards nonformal education to address it with a view for addressing youth
unemployment and youth job search, Refugees Programs, Agricultural projects etc. The
main emphasis which we have done and still focus on youth accesses to proper Tunisia
social and cultural integration for most young refugees that come into the country while
offering them tools and program for cultural awareness and sensitivity of their new
environment.

Erasmus+ , EVS, ESC; Horizon2020 , We work on project focusing on youths using both
sports as a non-formal education towards addressing their needs, care and support. More

General Information

The Tunisian Center for social entrepreneurship is a Tunisian association that works under the Tunisian decree law n°88, 2011. It is composed of directors and an executive board. The directors' board is composed of 3 members: a president, a general secretary and a treasurer. The executive board is composed of 16 employees. TCSE manages several projects with budgetary resources available in a year exceeding 1000 000 TND. Our organisation get its funding from different sources like the EU, governments, embassies and international cooperation programs.

Mission and Objectives

Since its creation in 2012, the TCSE has presented itself as an “enabler” of social innovation in Tunisia. The association adopts values ​​that govern its work system, and the conditions of collaboration internally within the team and externally with the partners, beneficiaries, customers and other actors in the ecosystem. The TCSE is a human-centred association which follows an empathetic approach internally on the one hand and collaborates in all transparency and respect with its environment while keeping the mindset of commitment and responsibility towards the cause she defends. In addition, the TCSE aims to make social entrepreneurship a pillar of the Tunisian economy. Its mission is to create a favourable ecosystem for social entrepreneurship and innovation by offering innovative and sustainable solutions to economic and social problems and having an inclusive, holistic and systemic approach that aims to engage all actors and all levels of intervention.

Main Projects / Activities

TCSE works at the centre of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. Indeed, it develops programs that target a spectrum of beneficiaries at the four levels of interventions. At the Macro level, TCSE works closely with the public institution to contribute to law reforms through research, public policy briefs or advocacy campaigns (eg: Medtown project). At the MESO level, the association provide a wide range of program that supports civil society organisation to develop their services and social impact (eg: SAMIM, RISE, GVA...). At the MICRO level, TCSE provides social entrepreneurs with incubation and acceleration programs to help them develop, sustain and scale up their businesses through making a social and environmental impact and revenue (Trait d'Union, Green Works, Medup...). At the NANO level, the organisation works on spreading awareness about social entrepreneurship through different projects that take different formats ( events, discussion panels, fellowships, exchange programs...)

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

TCSE will contribute with its core competencies in terms of social entrepreneurship. Also, TCSE has a good reputation nationally and confirmed exposure at the international level. So, it will be, definitely, one of the most wanted change actors that can collaborate and connect the different organisations in the network with potential opportunities and alternatives to make impactful change in the region.

TCSE wants to join the ALF network because there are many intersections when it comes to how we perceive change-making in the community where we work. By joining this network, TCSE will contribute through its core competencies and services in terms of sustainable development, democracy, youth and gender inclusion. Also, TCSE looks for expanding its networks and seeks new international development experiences and collaboration. Indeed, we see that this network can bring us many opportunities to sustain our work and keep serving our community and defending our cause which is social justice for all.

Tunisian Culture Network, Connu en français sous le nom « Association Tunisienne Culturelle », est une organisation non gouvermentale qui vise à promouvoir l’Art et la culture sans frontières, une association qui focalise sur la notion de la décentralisation artistique et culturelle, sur le plan National à travers des projets humanitaires en faveur de la jeunesse et même sur le plan International. Notre association regroupe des différents personnes de différents tranche d'âge et de milieu différents, ca fait travailler 5 personnes en mi-temps et deux en temps complets, on a comme partenaires (Jeunes Volontaires Tunisien, Croissant Rouge Tunis, IWatch organisation, Fanni roghman Anni, AMSED etc...) En vise d'atteindre plus que de dix milles dinars par an pour couvrir nous différents dépense, nos sources de financement principales basé sur les subventions d'état et les partenariats avec les bailleurs des fonds. Notre association organise des formations et des atliers de leaderships - culture - art etc.., on a participé dans le projet Noxenophobie organisé par Jeunes Artistes et FullArt nos membres ont participés au Forum Jeunesse Malte - Valetta 2016.

- Réunir le plus de partenaires nationaux et internationaux autour du développement culturel pour plus d’efficacité. - Travailler sur tous les types d’Art : Danse, Théâtre, Cinéma, peinture, musique, graffiti, danse théâtrale, Art de la Rue et autres formes. - Créer des programmes Artistiques. - Créer des opportunités aux Jeunes surtout dans les régions intérieures.  - Echange culturel (à travers des conventions de partenariats continentaux et Intercontinentaux) et programme de volontariat (permettent aux volontaires de découvrir le monde à travers une expérience utile et des actions concrètes à caractère social, éducatif, artistique …) - Programme de sensibilisation (tourisme culturel et écologique..)

T EARN is a scientific non-profit association, chapter of iEARN(International Education and Resource Network) www.iearn.org Our association is responsible for engaging youth in educational activities through the project-based approach (PBL), as it has a positive impact on education, because of its contribution to young people in the field of acquisition of languages and 21st century  skills .that are needed to advance civically, and in the field of their integration into local and global societies. This means that we will focus mainly on values of democracy, peace and active citizenship. We work closely with my organizations; mainly the British Council Tunisia, the American Embassy, AMIDEAST, the Ministry of education andTunis Unversity Our projects are funded by IEARN USA . Our activities focus on online global projects, and we aso organize workshops across the country as well as conferences and seminars.

3. Incite both students and teachers to work and communicate using new technologies.
4. Train teachers in using digital resources and in using online projects, thus empowering teachers with competences allowing professional development.
5.Reach out to teachers across the country with a focus on underprivileged areas.
6.Partner with associations and NGO to unite efforts in  spreading ICTE .

Main Projects / Activities

We have worked on a regional project entitled "Christopher Stevents Youth Network" ,which was named after former Ambassador to Lybia Cristopher Stevens.The project brought together students and teachers from the MENA region with their counterparts in the USA.
We have just started another regional project with secondary schools BRIDGE(building respect through Internet Dialogue and Global Education).This project will last 2 years.
We are planning an annual conference in Tunisia in 2017 and we are currently working on a regional conference in Tunisia in the fall.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

We are expanding our network and trying to reach out to all regions, especially schools in remote, underserved areas .Our objective is to enhance quality education and we strongly believe that this objective can only be reached through the use of technology and the acquisition of 21st century skills to ALL children.
