This training will offer participants hands-on experience on Project Management, a theoretical framework to customise for their own needs, with the support of a coach and a networking opportunity to expand their partnerships and exchange good practices. Participants will have access to course resources in an asynchronous way and benefit from non-formal methodology methods (teamwork, simulations, study cases, etc.) during the live sessions. There are eight modules covering various aspects such as organizational mission, needs and vision, project planning, budgeting, fundraising, staff management, communication, risk management, impact assessment, sustainability and an ongoing coaching support starting with Module 5. The learning space will encourage networking and peer-to-peer learning through constructive feedback and teamwork.
