General Information
ACEDEI is a French non-profit association composed of 3 permanents and occasional collaborators . It steps in from the PACA region , in all the Mediterranean . ACEID is entirely supported , in its operation , with public funds of the Provence-Alp-Coast of Azure (the Regional Council PACA, and the General Councils of the Rhone delta and the Alpes-Maritimes), by the state and the European Union . Even if sometimes it organizes some specific seminars or meetings, ACEID steps in the framework of entrusted missions , according to a multiannual convention, by the public authorities. ACEId is an active member of MEDCOOP, collective for the Development of the Co-operation Decentralized in the Mediterranean.
Mission and Objectives

The regional publics authorities entrusted to ACEID 4 missions, 3 on its territory and 1 on the Mediterranean. The 3 first are to inform, direct individually and to help the professionals of the culture for all the European devices of support for their projects. The mission on Euro Mediterranean space consists, on the basis of EUROMEDINCULTURE, initiate and directed by ACEID, to give to culture professionals of PACA region the access to partners to support the emergence of cultural projects Euro-Mediterranean. EUROMEDINCULTURE consists of public institutions (Regional Councils, General Counsils (or equivalents) and Universities) Spanish, Italian, Greek and Moroccan.

Main Projects / Activities

On PACA territory , ACEID informs (regular organization of meetings with the professionals, publication of a newsletter, Internet site…), directs individually (approximately 300 annual meetings) and helps until the file's deposit, the professionals of the culture towards the European devices of supports. ACEID animates the network EUROMEDNCULTURE which produces a newsletter, develops an Internet site and publishes a practical guide. The partnerships setting is ensured by Internet site and the regular organization of Professionals Visits (of the professionals of each territory , together, on a partner territory and Visites the cultural structures to discover the local occupational environment and engage cultural relations in the Mediterranean).
