Main Projects / Activities

Our organization supports young people and families in very precarious situations and we do internal training to
enable them to write their CV well, learn to behave well in front of an employer, to create links with the professional
environment, develop business creation projects and support the citizenship process by participating in local actions.
Our municipality relies heavily on us to orient its young people towards self-employment.
We have a determined team that is working on this topic permanently now.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

JUCUM Association has a team of collaborators trained in different areas of law, experienced in helping young people at risk of exclusion to improve their current situation, so we can contribute to the national network with the incorporation of these professionals willing to share their knowledge and offer help to more people who need it, and also the associations that work in any area that can be related to the inclusion of minorities at risk and the training of young people. In addition, we have experience working in the field of Erasmus +, and we have a large network and collaborators that will be at the disposal to any member of this network. Likewise, we want to contribute with our experience in the field of culture and equal opportunities for all people and young people in particular, with the development and participation of projects in the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

JUCUM Association believes that joining this network will offer the possibility of developing even more useful projects for our target groups: young people and people at risk of exclusion, as well as being able to reach more people who may need this support. We believe that being part of a network like this will also allow us to find quality support to develop our actions and that these reach those who need it most, as well as offer us the opportunity to learn about issues that are happening in other realities and we can contibute to solving them, and develop new skills that our new partners dominate. We trust that there is strength in unity, and we have realized that working as a team with other associations interested in contributing with solutions to the same problem will allow us to better distribute our actions and, above all, generate a greater impact.
