General Information

Established in 2012, ATC is an Egyptian social business dedicated to the promotion of sustainable management practice, inclusive market growth, and social innovation. ATC is a women-led company and employs 9 people on a full time basis. We have an extensive network of trainers and consultants across the region. Our budgetary resources are around at 130,000-200,000 USD annually, with sources of funding being private clients and multi-lateral organizations. Our partners include Oxfam Novib, USAID, The World Bank, the National Council for Women, icealex, Creative hubs across the country, among others. Our track record in women’s entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship includes but is not limited to: • Oxfam Novib Work in Progress! Alliance. (2020-2023). • Oxfam Novib Work in Progress! Alliance (2017-2020). • #SheMeansBusiness (2017-2019) Our track record for promoting of gender equity and women’s economic inclusion in Egypt and across the region includes but is not limited to: • USAID (2022-Present) Women’s Economic and Social Empowerment (WESEP) Program. • World Bank (2019–2021). Egypt Gender Equity Seal (EGES). • AWEF (2019). Gender Sensitization Communication Campaign. • GIZ (2019). Revise and update the GIZ Egypt National Gender Analysis. • Oxfam (2019). Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Training. • UN Women (2016). Conducting Gender Sensitive Value Chain Analysis (GSVCA)

Mission We aim to promote economically viable, sustainable and scalable solutions to socio-economic challenges in growth markets through responsible management practice, inclusive market growth and the proliferation of social businesses.

We offer research, training and consulting services in the areas of: Sustainability management, women’s economic inclusion, and impact-driven entrepreneurship.
