Connect Institute is a space of change and freedom for young people, artists and creators. We bring people together to share knowledge and skills, foster innovation, host meetings and exchanges, as well as cultural events and art exhibitions. Connect Institute equips young people with hope of change and the means to achieve it. We build connections between people, encourage shared values, and train youth with the ultimate goal of expanding their mindset. We aim to create and strengthen a community of open-minded and self-driven youth, able to become positive agents of change in their communities.
Connect Institute since it has started in 2014, had organized many programs for youth : Empowering Moroccan Youth, Concours Arts Visuels Agadir, ACT School, MOMKIN program. MOMKIN program is currently held and 35 young students from Agadir and region are benefiting from it, each year the program lasts 9 months and provides : theater classes, language classes, discussions, robotics, cinema sessions, competitions, meetings and panels with entrepreneurs and more. These programs give a second chance for students from economically challenged backgrounds to develop their skills and find their passion, which is now an urgent matter among youth of Morocco.
Connect Instiute is a network of 4 centers, in 3 cities in Morocco : Agadir, Youssoufia and Benguerir, with an alumni of 500 young people in different cities and 150 young participants enrolled in 2020 programs. We can contribute to the Network by leveraging : the human resources, venues, participants, alumni and all the partners of our organization to help grow the community.
We want to join the ALF Network because at this stage of our development as youth organization, we firmly believe that we can add value to the current Network. Joining the ALF Network will also help us discover new partners, share our experiences with others and hopefully contribute to a larger impact nationwide and globally.
