General Information
1. President, Vice-President, Treasurer, General Secretary , Member of Board ,Founders and Staff (18) plus trainers ( 11) & part time ( 7). 2. The Organization has been awarded by the US Government the ”Federal Assistance Award” grant of US$ 10,000.- 3. Grants from various resources. 4. Workshops with Ministry of Education and Youth National Council in Egypt under the concept “ Train the Trainer” including mock political conventions and mock election. 5. The United States of America acting through the Public Affairs Section in Cairo, Egypt. 6. Successful contacts with European Union Delegation in Cairo, German Freidrich Associations and Local sponsors.
Mission and Objectives

CCE is a newly established NGO in Egypt aiming to prepare Egyptian young adults to become responsible effective democratic citizens exploring better quality of future life in a liberal and democratic Egypt .

Achieve a break through in the mentality, attitude and behavior of young adult Egyptians by implementing multiple processes through which they acquire civic knowledge, skills and depositions that are needed for responsible liberal democratic citizenship.

Main Projects / Activities

“ Make a Difference “ Project
Achieve a break through in the mentality, attitude and behavior of Egyptians young adults by implementing multiple processes, activities, applications, discussions , mock political parties and mock elections, through a Pilot Project through which approx.350 Egyptian young adults, in 6 months, shall acquire:
• Civic Knowledge,
• Critical Thinking and
• Participation.
• Accepting the Other
that are needed for responsible liberal democratic citizen to “ Make a Difference “ in his work place.
