General Information
The African Center of Slovenia is organized as an association, open to anyone who, regardless of nationality, is interested in the activities of the association. The main activities of the association are funded by public tenders and focus on the field of economy, culture, social affairs, tourist activities, sports, humanitarian assistance and the field of science and education.
Mission and Objectives

The objectives of the African Center of Slovenia are: to unite and empower the African diaspora in Slovenia, to connect and unite individuals who have a positive interest in Africa, to positively raise awareness about Africa, to support specific development incentives in Africa, to connect African and Slovenian cultures and to portray a balanced image of Africa.

Main Projects / Activities

The African Center of Slovenia focuses its activities on organizing round tables and discussions, presentations, lectures, preparation of brochures, projects, workshops, assistance to members of the African diaspora and members of the African Center of Slovenia, media watch, cultural and literary evenings, drum and dance workshops, mentoring and encouragement, musical entertainment and sporting events.
