These programs based on self-reliance on the society and social capital powers in facing the community problems. hawaa association working with principle of volunteerism and community participation of all society segments, and investing the available resources to achieve a comprehensive development for Egypt. objectives: 1) The association programs based on the scientific approach and research studies. 2) Promote the culture of the volunteerism among youth. 3) Support rights approach in dealing with women and child issues. 4) Raise the awareness of community participation and self-reliance on community resources. 5) Help in capacity building and provide with technical support. 6) Encourage networking and experiences exchange between several organizations and association. 7) Women empowerment. 8) Education development.
