Mission and Objectives

Inklusion (inclusion) is the opposite of exclusion. Inklusion has since 2003 been working to promote difference as a positive resource. And for a society with space for every body – across ethnic, religious, cultural, sexual, and political views. Through network, campaigns, events, and international cooperation we’re putting diversity as a resource on the agenda.
Diversity is a value which we seek to concretize and make operational. The starting point for Inklusion was to pose the question: ‘How can diversity become a resource in Denmark?’ Since then, we have been working with practical implementation of the diversity terminology, through awareness raising, networking, counselling, and communication of good practices – both in Denmark and the Middle East.

Main Projects / Activities

Training of Trainers and awareness raising
Living Together – CAIRO is intended to bring Egyptians and refugees of all nationalities together to work for common benefits. The project aims at building capacity in the member organizations of Tadamon – The Egyptian/refugee Multicultural Council, while initiating a large public campaign to promote diversity as a positive resource in Cairo. Co-ordinating the effort of concerned organizations and individuals, share knowledge, develop new initiatives and effectively communicate these, are central parts of the project.
