International Mediterranean Volunteering Association was established in 2019. UAGDER, which started its activities in Mersin, is one of the founding associations of the Ankara-based Volunteering Federation. It continues its activities within the scope of youth work, volunteering activities, social cohesion activities, national and international programs.

We have been able to grow our organisation into the fabric of civil societies of the Republic of Türkiye through numerous activities organized in collaboration with partner organizations and government institutions in the past 3 years. We are hoping to increase the visibility of the Network in Türkiye and also share with the network our experiences and expertise.
It's one of the key goals of our organization to help nurture youth across the Mediterranean to take active role in identifying and solving societal and global problems and its our belief that the ALF Network offers a fertile ground for sowing this humble seed
