General Information
The Jesuits’ and Brothers’ Association for Development (JBA) works in the field to empower the poor and underprivileged in rural and urban areas. The Association also takes interest in qualifying the staff in order to help them build creative capabilities and academic expertise required so that they may master both knowledge and practice. Annual budget is 3milion No. of staff employed 150 Sources of funds ( donors 68% Local contribution 10 % - Self sufficient 22% Our partners ( ESDF- ERP- CARITAS – Jesuits )
Mission and Objectives

? Empowering the handicapped as well as developing their capabilities and skills to participate effectively in the development of the society. ? Raising the cultural awareness of young people to activate their role in developing the society. ? Improving human capabilities, imagination and creativity as well as liberating the children’s energies to develop all aspects of their personalities and talents. ? Activating the role of leaders and institutions in developing the local community. ? Raising the economic status of young people and families and providing work opportunities and income-generating projects. ? Raising the cultural, environmental and health awareness of all brackets of society. ? Developing women and improving their skills and potential for enabling them to participate effectively in societal development. ? Developing the volunteer spirit and creating opportunities for voluntary work for all segments of society. ? Raising the educational level and improving the staff performance in schools.
