The association goals and tasks :
1.support and develop the general and personal freedoms which stipulated in the constitution of different classes of society.
2. contribution to spread the Palestinian culture and civilization in many parts of the world through cultural exchange among different association and organization if the world.
3.constributing in children and youth care in order to create suitable healthy and spiritually environment to create generations of with ability to work and a participate actively in the process of building and progress.
4. contribution to support the freedom of thought and creativity and care of art, cultural, social and voluntary works, also openness to different humanist cultures and renounce the practice of intellectual terrorism.
5.contribution to develop the women youth abilities and to highlight the role of woman and allowed her to participate in all projects and activities of the association.
6. contribution to solve the social issues especially unemployment through the preparation of projects for a short period and try to develop the skills and information for the members of the society, especially the young category.
