Our Mission :
We are Shining Tomorrow Association for Development aim to fully enable all individuals in our community in order to reach their full potential through an effective and sustainable development process with the cooperation of all stakeholders. Guided by our belief in the value of every individual`s right for a better life
Our association seeks to raise the economic, living and environmental standards of the target groups and to provide support to various groups of society, and these groups include: female breadwinners - low-income people - young unemployed graduates - the poor people - young men of both sexes - people with special needs.

6. Habitat Housing Loans In Association With Habitat For Humanity Egypt “HFHE”
7. Project Start your own project In Association With Sawiris Foundation For Social Development “SFSD”
8. Micro-enterprise Support and Financing Program In cooperation with the National Foundation for Community Development
9. Microfinance initiative project In cooperation with the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency"msme"
10. Project to improve self-employment opportunities for youth In cooperation with the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency"msme"
11. Project to promote sustainable growth in cooperation with the Coptic evangelical organization for social services (ceoss)
- The association is also interested in holding initiatives aimed at community development such as Medical convoys initiatives, Initiatives for people with special needs, Food support initiatives for families affected by the corona virus and the distribution of Ramadan bags to families in need

من خلال تبادل ثقافي وحواري (حوار الثقافات) والتدريب والتوظيف والعمل مع فئة الشباب والمرأة وتمكينهم اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وثقافياً والعمل علي رفع المهارات والقدرات للفئات المستهدفة والتنمية الاقتصادية وريادة الاعمال
لزيادة مساحة الثقافات والتنوع للانفتاح علي الفكر الآخر والثقافات الاخري واكتساب مهارات اخري
ولما للجمعية من خبرة طويلة في مجال التبادل الثقافي والحواري والمواطنة وقبول الآخر نسعي الي وجود حوار ينتج عنه تقبل الناس بعضها لبعض ونسعي الي تنمية فكر تنوع الثقافات وقبول الآخر
