“Elan” is an initiative of Europa Nova (Paris) and the Candid Foundation (Berlin) and aims to create a sustainable and inclusive forum for the creativity of young European citizens and those of meditereanean countries. Ideas for cultural, social, and political innovation are developed within these web debates.

"The Scene - Artists in the Mediterranean", a cooperation between Candid Foundation and the German network of the Anna Lindh Foundation, is the third series of this format consisting of web debates in English.

The discussions between three Speakers, one moderator, and the questions from the audience will last 75 minutes with 20 minutes dedicated to the discussion with the audience.
