The Steps for NGO's GUIDEBOOK was developed within the "STEPS 4 NGOs" project. The project was a challenge and an opportunity for partner organisations from Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Nepal, Mexico, Peru and Vietnam to strengthen cooperation between youth sectors in their countries in order to create a partnership network that will be valued a source for the development and enrichment of intercultural dialogue around the world.
