1.Promote the use of international human rights systems in relation to the Palestinian cause and the rights of Palestinians
 2.Recruiting faith in the justice of the Palestinian cause and the rights of Palestinians at the international level and the region.
3. Contribute to the protection of human rights in Palestine and create a conscious and mature understanding of the Palestinians of their rights in an advanced step to build their democratic state.

The aim of SCD is to promote and enhance democratic values, support ‘state-building readiness’, engage in environmental interventions, build various capacities of the Palestinian society, empower youth, women, and a culture of peace and act as a catalyst for non-violent communication within the Palestinian society and among its stakeholders. Furthermore, SCD aims to strengthen Palestinian grassroots movements and help them fulfill their social and political aspirations. Tackling and reducing the levels of violence in the Palestinian camps.

mission: taawon is an independent, national, palestinian , non profit organization was flund to raise awareness of young people on effective and peaceful ways to deal with conflict and to develope understanding and respect via the integration of concepts of mediation and civic education with CSOs, educational institutions and civic community  
objectives: 1-consequences of conflict are reduced through the promotion of peacefulconflict resolution tools 2- promotingsocial justice , civic peace, human rights , tolerance and participation 3-enhancing its technical and administrative capacity 4-improve financial sustainablity and enhanced ability to cope with financial shocks

The Society Vision   Tawasol Center for Youth & Culture is a service society that seeks  to develop and enable a sustainable society based on the  empowering the  capabilities of children and women as well as Cultural Activation for young people and help the elderly and people with disabilities. . The society of Rafah on the  healthy and environmental levels as   well as the neighboring areas preserve to be active and contributing members of their community development. The Center Message   Tawasol Center for Youth & Culture is a non-profit,  independent and non-governmental organization that aims to develop and enable a sustainable society based on community integration for children, women and young people in Rafah and the surrounding areas through capacity  building for women and children as well as the cultural activation of youth and help the elderly and people with disabilities and to contribute to the development programs on the  health and environmental levels. . Tawasol Center For Youth & Culture is committed to achieve the  principles of human rights which include justice, equality, commitment to the rule of law, transparency, tolerance, respect, non-discrimination, participation and empowerment of the  marginalized groups.     Strategic objectives of the Center *  Capacity building for Tawasol Center for Youth & Culture and partners. * Contribute to the development of children’s talents and capacities of women and integrate them into society. * Contribute to the revitalization and build capacity of young people and  integrate them  into the community. * Contribute to develop and educate the society on the environmental and healthy levels.  

The center aims at disseminating the concepts and experiences of community based participatory democracy, promoting the practices and theories of just peace in the Palestinian community North Africa and the countries of west Asia, encouraging the participation of marginalized groups in the decision making process, working with children, youth, women and community groups to improve society developing exchange programs,research project, and policy initiatives for the purpose of community building, training, empowerment, and rehabilitation, and coordinating with all local,regional and global institutions that conduct related work.

OBJECTIVES
First goal: to contribute in spreading cultural awareness and knowledge among the people of Palestinian society.
Second Goal: upgrading the capacity and skills of the various segments of Palestinian society.
Third Goal: To improve the standard of living for poor and marginalized in society and the provision of health services to citizens.
Goal four: Social Development - Strengthening community participation conscious of women and youth in sustainable development.
Goal Five: Economic Development / contribute to the improvement of agricultural production and animals for the Palestinian farmers as a kind of self-sufficiency and promotion of resilience and self development.
Goal sex: institutional building / strengthening institutional capacity of the Association to enable them to continue to provide services in a sustainable manner.
