At the end of this training, participants will acquire the necessary skills to understand the impact of digital technology and define its essential role within a public policy framework. They will be able to envision complementarities and synergies between human mediation and technological mediation, understanding how these two approaches can mutually enhance each other. Furthermore, participants will be able to select the most relevant tools to produce innovative content on the captivating theme of "If my city were told to me." They will learn to leverage technological resources to create immersive and engaging experiences, thus enabling the captivating and interactive sharing of the city's cultural narratives.
