The third edition of the Anna Lindh Intercultural Trends Report is based on a public opinion survey carried out by Ipsos in 2016 in eight European countries (Austria, Croatia, Finland, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal and the Netherlands) and five Southern and Eastern Mediterranean (SEM) countries/territories (Algeria, Israel, Jordan, Palestine and Tunisia).
The themes discussed in the Report include differences and similarities in value systems; efficient ways to tackle extremism; the religious factor in intercultural relations; cities as laboratories for dialogue; education at the heart of multi-cultural societies; trust in media and main sources for the treatment of cultural diversity; human mobility; the role of culture in Mediterranean relations; youth and women as drivers for change and dialogue.
