On 21th and 22nd of April 2022, Globe Art Point in close cooperation with Luckan Helsingfors organises a two-day art summit with an aim to create a fresh dialogue between all actors of the Finnish arts and culture scene. 

GAP ART SUMMIT is a series of actionable, inclusive events and workshops, both in-person and online, focused on the livelihoods of artists, cultural workers and other professionals living and working in Finland. The emphasis of programming is on deepening the knowledge of the increasing diversity of the Finnish arts and culture scenes with a strong focus on professional and career development, self-empowerment, and community building. 

Discussions will feature Finnish cultural policy makers and leaders from institutions as well as independent professionals representing associations and art and culture organisations. The programme will include talks, panel discussions and highly interactive sessions addressing many of the unique opportunities and challenges faced while building a more equal and inclusive art and culture scene. The summit will also host a solo exhibition by multi-disciplinary artist Suva and live art performances, welcome!
