Graduated in international economics, development, entrepreneurship and creative entrepreneurship. He joined the African Development Bank in 2007, ensures the monitoring and coordination of the NGO database and the various related programs.

Leader of the Tunisian network of the Anna Lindh Foundation since 2012, he coordinates a National network of more than 120 associations and develops synergies and projects with the 40 other networks of the foundation. In 2015, he launched his own firm, through which he steers several projects and research work, provides consultations and expertise relating to his area of ​​expertise.

Founder of several initiatives and projects such as the Euro-Arab youth forum, the Maghrebian youth forum and the Tunisian Libyan forum. As well as several platforms for reflection and research.
