THE TOPIC OF THE PUBLIC DIALOGUE

In an ever-changing world, with the realities of young people taking place offline as much as they are materializing online, this public event will explore the new ways with which communication takes place in the new millennium and what are the forces behind positive social change among youth.

As a proven driver of the improvement of social, political, and economic conditions in societies in the Euro-Med, the dialogue will focus on the examples of such positive influence by youth, both as individuals but also through their involvement in institutions, organizations, movement and in non-formal groups. It will explore the cases where they have helped to shape policy and media narratives, and how they contribute to the Green Deal objectives towards 2050 deal and digital transitions.

With the fast pace of developments in online information-sharing and influencing mechanisms, the discussion aims to explore the degree of media awareness among youth, and innovative solutions applied in order to overcome hurdles and difficulties, and have a true and meaningful voice in the public sphere.

This public event will explore new opportunities to open doors for young influencers to shape policy and media narratives and to contribute to the Green Deal objectives towards 2050 deal and digital transitions.
