Larghueche is also a member of the Scientific Council of the University of Tunis, the Manouba University, the Laboratory of Heritage Regions and Resources of Tunisia and the American Center for Maghreb Studies. She is a visiting professor in several American and European universities, including the The École pratique des hautes études, Toulouse-Jean- Jaurès University, the University of Arizona and the University of Berkeley.
