During this training, we will explore new methods to develop your projects and we will discover how to overcome some of the biggest challenges we are facing nowadays such as diversity management or digitalisation. Furthermore, we will work on risk management for resilience and dive into our own resilience capacities as individuals and team members. You will have the opportunity to work on your own project and apply all that we learn on the way, guaranteeing a full hands-on learning experience. And you won't do this alone! We will be continuously working in groups and interacting with each other, so you will be able to learn from others and expand your horizons. In this training, you are the protagonist.
