General Information
„Ants“ – Youth Association Osijek is recently founded NGO which promotes personal responsibility of individuals for their own future but also the future of the community they live in, all based on principles of honesty, hard work and care for the creation. The aim of founding this NGO is helping the youth in building better quality of life for themselves but also for generations to come.
Mission and Objectives

Mission: loving the humanity and promoting holistic approach to health of individuals as well as personal responsibility for their own well being and the well being of their community.
Objectives: - gathering of different age groups of youth
- gathering of youth leaders with similar mission on national and international level
- providing psychosocial assistance to the youth with difficult behavior
- providing assistance, training and education to individuals, groups and associations
- organising music and drama festivals with the goal of promoting creativity of youth
- organising sport activities
- networking and exchange with similar NGOs from on national and international level

General Information

25 FPS Association for Audio-Visual Research is a Zagreb-based non-profit organization. Established in 2004, its main activities are organizing 25 FPS Festival, an annual international film festival promoting artists’ film and video, experimental and innovative works; publishing; education in new media and cinema culture and promotion of short films. With approximate annual budget of 85.000 EUR Association 25 FPS' sources of funding are mainly from national and local public funds, and low percentage in private sources because of the non-commercial projects involving international, regional and national partners in audiovisual sector, cinema, and visual arts.

Mission and Objectives

25 FPS Association promotes non-commercial forms of audiovisual activities and cinema culture by including individuals and groups on local, regional and international level, encouraging creative artistic work, exchanging best practice experiences and public advocacy. Its main objectives are: advocacy for development of contemporary independent culture and audiovisual activities; organizing and developing contents and manifestations promoting innovative audiovisual artistic expression as well as preserving independent contemporary culture; fostering education and connecting partners in audiovisual sector on national and international level; promoting Croatian films regionally and internationally.

Main Projects / Activities

Main projects are 25 FPS Festival, annual international film festival; book publishing: When Animation Meets the Living, 2007, Austrian Avant-Garde Cinema, 2008, Expanded Cinema, 2009, Visual Music, 2013, History of Experimental Film and Video, 2013; Max MSP workshops (2011), film workshops 2011-.

A Guide for establishing Citizens' Energy Communities is published

As part of the LOGYCO project, a Croatian ALF Network member, Sustainable Development Designing Society (DOOR) developed, prepared and published STEP BY STEP - Guide for establishing Citizens' Energy Communities (CEC). The Guide lists the necessary documentation and main steps for estabshing a CEC in the Republic of Croatia. The administrative process of application and establishment of a CEC and the process of installing a solar power plant for CEC are described.

General Information
ADOPTA –is a non profit making organization founded by and for adoptive community  in December 2010. Our desire is to create positive, supportive and inclusive communities for families created through adoption.  Working with experts, institutions and practitioners, ADOPTA is becoming a reference center for adoption in Croatia. With the annual budget in the range of 40.000 euro, raised through national  and local governments, business sector , individual donations and own services, ADOPTA implements specific project, organizes seminars and conferences and engages in public debate and policy development.   ADOPTA is a membership organization which provides services to its members and to the wider community. We function as a  virtual office, with an incredible active and numerous volunteer base. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors. The Development Committee supports the Board and is involved in programme and organizational development.  ADOPTA is a member of AdoptionUK, and works in partnership or close cooperation with the British Association for Adoption and Fostering, North American Council for Adoption, University of Zagreb Faculty for Education and Rehabilitation, University of Zagreb Faculty for Psychology,  Republic of Croatia Ministry for Social Policy and Youth.

Use all the available resources for continuing improvement of adoption process in all its aspects and creating positive, supportive and inclusive environemnt for adoptive families.Vision
Be the referral centre for all adoption related issues and provision of high quality expertize and support to all the stakeholders in the adoption process, as well as to practitioners, institutions and interested groups, for the benefit of adoptive families, adopted children and a wider community.
Objectives:
1. Improving Legal environment and practice of Adoption
2. Improving knowledge, skills and competencies of adoption practitioners and support services about needs of adoptive families, new understanding of issues and methods of support.
3. Provide on-going education and support to adoptive families before, during and after the Adoption.
4. Diminishing discrimination of single adopters.
5. Promotion of positive attitude towards adoption and fighting discrimination and stigmatization of adopted children .

General Information

Academy for Political Development is structured as follows: Steering Board of 8 members, Executive Director and Programme Assistant (the latter being employed by the APD). Average budgetary resources per year is cca 100.000 EUR, depending on the projects' scope. Donors and partners currently include: Council of Europe (as APD is a member of the Schools of Political Studies of the Council of Europe network), European Commission, National Foundation for Civil Society Development, Royal Norway Embassy in Zagreb, American Embassy in Zagreb and the British Council. Academy runs the annual educational programme (consisting of 3 weekend seminars and Summer University for Democracy in the Council of Europe in Strasbourg), organises regional seminars „Linking the New Leaders“ (including partner organisations and participants from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania), as well as annual conferences, evening lectures and panel discussions. Partners include aforementioned institutions, as well as our partner organisations from the region (SE Europe).

Mission and Objectives

Academy's vision is to contribute to the quality of political processes in Croatia by providing political education to young leaders and by motivating them to participate in public affairs. Academy's mission is developing democratic political culture and promoting dialogue and cooperation among future leaders.
