The aim of the REACH-OUT project is to improve competences of youth workers to specify unique needs, challenges and strengths of immigrant young migrants and refugees and provide necessary training for integration of them into society through NFE personal and professional development activities.

There were 32 Youth Workers from 8 partner countries who wanted to improve their competences in youth work to contribute inclusion of migrants/asylum seekers by designing and providing tailored-made youth work activities.
