General Information

Connect Institute is a private organization based in Agadir, Morocco. The organization aims to provide training and resources for local youth who wanto to develop their skills and prepare themselves for the challenges of the job market. Connect Institute has currently a team of 12 people, and receives funding from various partners : Drosos Foundation, Office Chérifien des Phosphates and the national government.  The main projects are a 6-9 months programs open for youth of Morocco, for exemple, our current project "MOMKIN" (possible, in arabic) aims to help 90 young girls and boys from Agadir to develop their language skills, creativity, technical skills and their overall employability.

Mission and Objectives

Connect Institute is a space of change and freedom for young people, artists and creators. We bring people together to share knowledge and skills, foster innovation, host meetings and exchanges, as well as cultural events and art exhibitions. Connect Institute equips young people with hope of change and the means to achieve it. We build connections between people, encourage shared values, and train youth with the ultimate goal of expanding their mindset. We aim to create and strengthen a community of open-minded and self-driven youth, able to become positive agents of change in their communities.

Main Projects / Activities

Connect Institute since it has started in 2014, had organized many programs for youth : Empowering Moroccan Youth, Concours Arts Visuels Agadir, ACT School, MOMKIN program. MOMKIN program is currently held and 35 young students from Agadir and region are benefiting from it, each year the program lasts 9 months and provides : theater classes, language classes, discussions, robotics, cinema sessions, competitions, meetings and panels with entrepreneurs and more. These programs give a second chance for students from economically challenged backgrounds to develop their skills and find their passion, which is now an urgent matter among youth of Morocco.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Connect Instiute is a network of 4 centers, in 3 cities in Morocco : Agadir, Youssoufia and Benguerir, with an alumni of 500 young people in different cities and 150 young participants enrolled in 2020 programs.  We can contribute to the Network by leveraging : the human resources, venues, participants, alumni and all the partners of our organization to help grow the community.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

We want to join the ALF Network because at this stage of our development as youth organization, we firmly believe that we can add value to the current Network.  Joining the ALF Network will also help us discover new partners, share our experiences with others and hopefully contribute to a larger impact nationwide and globally.

General Information
The Association are the membership cards of its members, the city council’s grants and donations from partners sharing the same beliefs. We target mainly the missing dimension of education in our schools, mainly: fostering creativity, team-work, critical thinking, problem solving and cultural diversity through youth workshops and sessions in the socio-cultural centers of the city.
Mission and Objectives

The Connections Of Hope for Cultural Exchange Association started in June 2009 by some prominent educators in Tiznit city as a response to the growing willingness among these to contribute to the improvement of the educational sector in the region by adding other dimensions of youth empowerment, cultural exchange and citizenship through non-formal education and projects for the youth of the region.

Main Projects / Activities

So far, the association has led two main events: one is a collaborative artistic afternoon for the youth to express how learning foreign languages can contribute to a more understanding. The second is called an epal exchange between some high school students and their peers in Boston. The first write Poems and the latter converts these into artistic work.
We are launching a promising program for the primary school kids who are going to benefit from a variety all along the week sessions in civic engagement projects, ICT, story-telling, music, theater, games...etc These are are expected to be led by university graduates seeking to enroll in the public service.

L’ Observatoire Provincial de la Jeunesse serait une structure rassemblant les informations relatives aux situations des jeunes L’ cpj produirai des analyses qui permettront ainsi d’apporter un regard professionnel sur la situation des jeunes et leurs aspirations. Elijtihad is a non profit organization , have 7 members , highly educated . our budget is about 4000 euro in the year but that can be increase in the next years. subvention and contribution of the members are our sources of finding . providing different workshops and activities for learners of all levels . Cordoba Academy for training education and development is an accredited educational institution licensed by the Regional Investment Center Marrakech-Tensift-Al Haouz and it’s approved by the Moroccan authorities. At CATED we aim to provide students of all ages with the knowledge, skills and experience to equip them for life. We arrange internships in Morocco for international students in different field of education.
CATED supports the social integration of Moroccan young people by encouraging their involvement in the social, cultural and economic life. We provide training and education related to social issues and civic integration for young people.
