General Information

أنشئت جمعية مبادرات : مواطنة، تربية، بيئة و تنمية سنة 2024 على يد مجموعة من الفاعلين الجمعويين بمدينة طنجة القادمين من مجالي الصحة و التعليم. كانت أنشطة الجمعية تتمحور في السنوات الأولى في مجموعة من الأنشطة المحددة في الزمان و المكان كقافلات صحية، توزيع محافظ دراسية ، أنشطة بيئيةإلخ. سنة 2010، استفاد أعضاء الجمعية من مجموعة من التكوينات في صياغة المشاريع وتقوية قدرات الجمعية. كنتيجة لهذه التكوينات استطاعت الجمعية من توقيع مجموعة من الشراكات مع مجموعة من المؤسسات الداعمة. حاليا الجمعية حددت فئة المستفيدين من خدماتها و هم : الشابات و الشبان الذي يترواح سنهم بين 13 و 29 سنة و يتواجدون في وضعية هشاشة . و تشتغل معهم في خمس مجالات هي : - التربية و التكوين (و الترافع م نأجل تعليم ذو جودة للجميع) - الإدماج المهني ( و الترافع من أجل عمل لائق) - الترافع من أجل الدفاع عن حقوق الأطفال - الاقتصاد الاجتماعي التضامني - الأنشطة الترفيهية والثقافية (أساسا الرياضة، المسرح و السمعي البصري) عدد الموظفين العاملين بدوام كامل هو 12 و بدوام جزئي هو 7 عدد المتطوعين 42 (11 أعضاء المكتب التنفيذي، و 19 أعضاء المجلس الإداري) الميزانية السنوية للجمعية تتراوح بين 1000000 درهم مغربي و 1500000 درهم مغربي (بين 100000 و 150000 دولار أمريكي) مصادر التمويل الأساسية هي وزارة التربية الوطنية و التعليم الأولي و الرياضة، منظمة كاسال ديلس إنفانتس الإسبانية، منظمة إيريم الفرنسية، إلخ الجمعية تشتغل أساسا عبر مشاريع مع مؤسسات الدولة أو المنظمات الدولية، كما أنها في مجال الترافع تكثف من عملية التشبيك مع منظمات تشتغل على نفس المواضيع التي تشتغل عليها الجمعية محليا، جهويا، وطنيا و حتى دوليا و هكذا فالجمعية عضوة فاعلة في منتدى اتفاقية حقوق الطفل المغرب، في شبكة جمعيات مدرسة الفرصة الثانية المغرب، في اشبكة المتوسطية للفرصة الثانية، لجنة الرصيف للدفاع عن حقوق الطفل في وضعية الشارع أو/و الحامل لمشروع الهجرة، منتدى كلمات، الشبكة المغاربية للإذاعات الجمعوية،الشبكة المغربيةللإذاعات الجمعوية، إلخ. الشركاء الأساسيين للجمعية هم مديرية التربية غير نظامية بوزارة التربية الوطنية و التعليم الأولي و الرياضة، منظمة كاسال ديلس إنفانتس الإسبانية، يونيسيف المغرب، جمعية حسنونة لمساندة مستعملي المخدرات، جمعية 100% أمهات

Mission and Objectives

تستمد الجمعية رؤيتها من المبادئ الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان المتعارف عليها كونيا. من هذا المنظور تساهم الجمعية في تحسين ظروف العيش للشباب في وضعية إقصاء وتهميش و في وضعية هشاشة من أجل مجتمع عادل و متكافئ. تعمل الجمعية على تطوير نموذج للتدخل سوسيو-تربوي لتمكين الشباب في وضعية هشاشة من الإدماج السوسيو-مهني والترافع على قضايا الشباب والمواطنين والعمل على بناء وتطوير شراكات متقدمة مع الفاعلين الاجتماعيين. تشتغل الجمعية على المحاور التالية : 1- المواطنة : -تطوير ثقافة الوعي بالحقوق و الواجبات و ترسيخ قيم التضامن و سلوك المواطنة والحداثة والمساواة والالتزام والتسامح في المجتمع. 2- التربية و التكوين : المساهمة في : • الحد من الهدر المدرسي. • الترافع من أجل تعليم عمومي فعال و حداثي، منصف ومتكافئ. • المساهمة في خلق و تطوير أساليب و نماذج نوعية في المجال التربوي المدرسي وما قبل المدرسي. • الاهتمام و تفعيل مدرسة الفرصة الثانية عبر الرفع من جودة التربية غير نظامية، وتطوير مجالات التأهيل التربوي، الإستئناس المهني والمهارات الحياتية. • تأهيل وتكوين الفئات غير مؤهلة للاستفادة من البرامج الرسمية من الإدماج الاجتماعي، المهني والاقتصادي. • الاهتمام بالتعليم ما قبل مدرسي مبني على الجودة و المساواة والإنصاف. • تكوين و تأطير الشباب في مشاريع سوسيو-تربوية ومهنية في التعليم ما قبل مدرسي. 3- البيئة : • التعريف والتكوين و التحسيس بالمخاطر التي تهدد التوازن البيئي. • المساهمة في تأهيل الأفراد و الجماعات للترافع حول موضوع البيئة. • المساهمة في خلق دينامية محلية من أجل المحافظة على البيئة. • الانخراط في الشبكات المحلية والوطنية والدولية المشتغلة في مجال البيئة. 4- التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة : - المساهمة في تحسين الوضع الاجتماعي و السوسيو-اقتصادي للفئات المهمشة على وجه الخصوص الشباب. أ- التنمية الذاتية : - تطوير و دعم القدرات الذاتية للشباب من أجل إدماجه في المجتمع (اقتصاديا، اجتماعيا). ب- التنمية المجتمعاتية : • الاشتغال على برامج التربية والتكوين و التوجيه و الإدماج المهني للشباب و إشراك عائلات المستفيدين و ساكنة الأحياء المجاورة في ذلك. • دعم و تأطير الشباب في خلق وتأسيس مقاولات اجتماعية والمقاولات الذاتية والأنشطة المدرة للدخل. • المساهمة في رفع قدرات الفئات التي تعيش وضعية هشة عبر إدماجهم، أو إعادة إدماجهم في المجال التربوي و المهني. • الاشتغال على موضوع الهجرة وتداعياته على الفرد والمجتمع. ج- المجتمع المدني : • العمل المشترك و المساهمة في تطوير عمل الجمعيات القاطنة بالحي. • توسيع دائرة التدخل. • الانخراط في شبكات محلية، وطنية و دولية التي تتقاطع برامجها مع أهداف الجمعية. • الترافع على حقوق المواطنة في المحاور التي تشتغل عليها الجمعية و مأسسته.

Main Projects / Activities

منذ سنة 2015 : مشروع مدرسة الفرصة الثانية الجيل الجديد : هو مشروع تشتغل الجمعية عبره على الإدماج السوسيو-اقتصادي لليافعين و اليافعات في وضعية هدر مدرسي بين سن 13 و 20 سنة و الذين غادروا المؤسسات التعليمية بين المستوى الخامس ابتدائي و الثالث إعدادي. المشروع يهدف عبر برامج منذ سنة 2019 : مشروع الرصيف الذي يهدف إلى التقليص من مخاطر التواجد في وضعية الشارع بالنسبة للأطفال في وضعية شارع أو حاملي مشروع الهجرة و الترافع (المناصرة) عن حقوقهم الأساسية. منذ سنة 2012 : مشروع شباك الإدماج المهني و الذي يهدف إلى مساعدة الشباب في وضعية هشاشة بمحيط الجمعية و الذي يتراوح سنهم بين 18 و 35 سنة و في وضعية باحثين عن عمل لائق في تقوية قدراتهم في البحث عن العمل و مرافقتهم في إيجاد عمل لائق.

يمكن لجمعيتنا، جمعية مبادرات: مواطنة، تربية، بيئة وتنمية، المساهمة في الشبكة بالمغرب من خلال تعزيز التعاون والشراكات مع المنظمات الأخرى، ومن خلال الشبكات والتحالفات التي تعد جمعيتنا مؤسسة لها والتي تعمل في مجالات مشابهة وتتقاسم نفس الأهداف والتوجهات بغرض تحقيق أهداف شبكة آنا ليند بالمغرب، والمتمثلة أساسا في تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وتعزيز التعايش السلمي والحوار بين الثقافات المختلفة. بالإضافة لتبادل الخبرات والتجارب في مجالات التدخل الاجتماعي وذلك أساسا في الحد من الهدر المدرسي في صفوف الفتيات وكذلك الإدماج المهني وتشجيع المقاولة الذاتية تعزيزا لثقافة المساواة وحماية حقوق الأطفال في وضعية الشارع حاملي مشروع الهجرة غير النظامية، والمساهمة في تعزيز الأنشطة والبرامج ذات الصلة وكذلك قيم التعايش والحوار السلمي والحد من الإقصاء والتطرف في صقوف النساء والشباب. وكذلك المشاركة الفاعلة في الفعاليات والأنشطة التي تنظمها شبكة آنا ليند في المغرب، سواءً كان ذلك من خلال تقديم ورش عمل أو محاضرات أو المشاركة في الحوارات والندوات. وبناءً على خبرتنا في العمل الاجتماعي والتربوي، سناسهم في تعزيز الوعي بقضايا التعايش السلمي وحقوق الإنسان والحوار بين الثقافات من خلال النشاطات التوعوية والتثقيفية وكذلك من خلال منبرنا الإعلامي الجمعوي للقرب "الحومة تيفي" من خلال إنتاجات سمعية بصرية رقمية، والتي ستروج في ذات الوقت لقيم التعايش والتسامح والتفاهم بين الثقافات من خلال العمل الذي تقوم به الشبكة وأعضاؤها، وبالتالي المساهمة في تعزيز هذه القيم داخل المجتمع المغربي.

General Information

The structure of the governing bodies of the organization consists of: the board of directors, the executive director, the departments, and the administration. The Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization. His role is decisive and managerial for the progress of the continuous activity. Board members meet periodically to discuss and vote on organizational issues. At the same time, it monitors and evaluates the work of the Executive Director, but also provides him with mentoring during his tenure. The CEO has a strategic organizational vision, is in charge of creating and implementing the vision of the organization; maintaining a productive relationship with the board of directors. He is also involved in planning and ensuring the sustainability of the organization for which he should have the following qualities: excellent skills in strategic planning, fundraising, financial management issues, public relations and human resource management. The project manager and other staff members comprise the organization's human resources who work full-time and part-time and coordinate work based on the various activities undertaken by the organization. Our main sources of funding are grants provided by donors, after the approval of project proposals and the signing of contracts for the implementation of activities. At the same time, the organization also provides services to third parties, in the form of expertise. The organization operates in accordance with principles and standards of financial management, which are based on donor guidelines and relevant field national legislation. It has its own fiscal code, pays its taxes regularly and prepares balance sheets in accordance with accounting standards. The main expenses of the organization include salaries, expertise fees, publications, travel, administrative expenditure (office rent, electricity, water supply, telephone, internet, repairs and maintenance, office amenities, equipment, banking commissions, etc.). The organization’s accountant records data and prepares financial reports in accordance with instructions provided by the donors. The organization performs a financial audit at the end of each calendar year. However, it can be performed at any time as per request (i.e., when a project’s timeframe has ended and a final audit is provided by the contract). The organization employs transparent procurement procedures. Youthful have organized and participated in a lot of national in Albania. Our organization has a great interest in the topic of the project and we consider that we can contribute greatly in its success. Youthful is also involved in processes regarding increasing the quality and recognition of youth work. The program that we mostly work on is social inclusion. Youthful works with young people coming from the coming from difficult social and economic background. We lead different activities with them. We mostly offer youth work on local level: workshops, events, trainings, counselling, non-formal gathering etc. The target group of our Organisation are young people, mostly students from high schools and university. We try to include as many people possible and to work on different levels and activities. Usually we work inside of the institution (leading workshops in schools) and in our offices-the youth center offering long term youth programs. Partnership with civil society organizations is a key approach of our organization to fulfill its mission and objectives. Our organization is oriented in the tripartite partnership, namely Local Government - Civil Society - Business Community, where these three actors regulate the socio-economic life in society.

Usually we work inside of the institution (leading workshops in schools) and in our offices-the youth center offering long term youth programs. Projects developed by the organization 1. Young Environmental Ambassadors”, within the framework of the Regional Program on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2), which is financed by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). This project aims to increase the awareness of the youth of the Municipality of Saranda on environmental protection issues. 2. “Active Youth” ", Financed by Agency for Dupport of Civil Society. The project is an initiative to train youth on career counseling, professional training, drafting business plans, etc. This project aims to contribute to the promotion of entrepreneurship among the youth, serving as a catalyst for the creation of new jobs. 3. Smart tourism 4 All, Financed by Ministry of Tourism and Environment. The project aimed to improve innovative skills in the tourism sector, relying on innovative products and services that can complement nature and cultural offers. 4. “Young people as active participants in environmental protection” Financed by National Center for Environmental Movement, This project aimed to increase awareness of the community of the Municipality of Kukës on issues regarding the protection of the environmentm 5. External Expertise for organization of events for FOOD4HEALTH project, Financed by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in framework of the programme Interreg Programme Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro. 6. "Youth to business enterprise", Financed by Center for Economic Development. The project aimed to help youth to discover and develop entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and know-how and to give them the chance to be part of the real business world. 7. "Youth action for change" Financed by Institute for Consultancy and Research . The project aimed at the promotion, employment and socio-economic integration of young people - inhabitants of Kucova municipality, who had deficiencies in inclusion in employment, education or vocational training through life skills, skills and self-empowerment services.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Some possible ways to contribute to the Anna Lindh Network (ALF) in Albania. 1. Organization of local activities: We can organize local activities related to the goals of the Network. These events can be meetings, seminars, or other actions designed to promote intercultural dialogue and social engagement. 2. Information dissemination: We can help disseminate information about the Network's projects and activities on social media and in the local community. Creating informative materials and articles can help raise awareness about networking topics. 3. Supporting Youth Projects: By enriching and improving youth programs, we can help youth organizations to be active and help achieve the goals of the Network. 4. We will also contribute to the construction of local partnerships that can strengthen the presence and influence of ALF in Albania. This can strengthen cooperation and help increase the influence of the Network in Albania. Through cooperation with local organizations, we will seek to create a common front to challenge polarization and build an environment where intercultural dialogue is essential for the development of civil society. Through these concrete steps, we aim to contribute to strengthening and expanding the impact of the Anna Lindh Network in Albania, promoting an open climate for dialogue and intercultural cooperation.

Main Projects / Activities

قامت المؤسسة بإنتاج ما يقارب 8 عروض مسرح المنتدى ( عروض تفاعلية حيث يشارك الجمهور في بلورة مقترحات حلول للقضايا المجتمعية التي يناقشها العرض المسرحي) كما قامت المؤسسة كعضو في شبكة شباب الضفتين بتنظيم إقامتين فنيتين بمشاركة شباب مغاربة وفرنسسين كان الهدف منها إنتاج عرضي مسرح المنتدى تتناول الإهتمامات المشتركة لشباب الضفتين، كما قدمت المؤسسة عشرات الدورات التدريبية في مسرح المنتدى (المسرح التفاعلي) ودوره في معالجة القضايا المجتمعية بالمؤسسات التعليمية، ولصالح شباب منظمات المجتمع المدني، من جهة أخرى تشتغل المؤسسة في مشروع بالقرى المتضررة من زلزال 8 شتنبر 2023 ويهدف إلى تقديم الدعم النفسي للأطفال عن طريق الفن العلاجي، إلى غيرها من المشاريع الفنية ذات البعد الترافعي والعلاجي والتكويني أيضا.

General Information

Local environment defense, sustainable development based on inheritage economic specificities of kerkenna and other objectives are disserved by an organizational staff of four persons and 30 partners. We had resources in membership contributions and some donators.
Last year we wined an european grant of 10000 euro (enseres project) which we have employed in a project called "kerkenna clean beaches" in which we mobilised school children, students and three NGOs partners; scout organization, a local association called AKDDL ( Ass. Kraten. Dev.Durable.Loisir) and a students club said SEA ( Sovrein Eather Aither).
We aim in a more wide future partnership with fishers communities and women acting in local grapes production. These communities use to be empowred against many factors from climate change to the trawling cheaps that destroy shallow sea beds.

Main Projects / Activities

We aim to invest in protecting costal shallow seabeds against trawling activities in order to empower local fishers resources.
We are working to enhance economic valu of local grapes production which is manly women activity in kerkenna. This objective is attainable by making legal wine transformation and labelling it.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

in our country? We'll try of course, but we will be certainly more efficient in our island, kerkenna.
Then we like to share and exchange experience and knowledges.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

we can act alone in our area and progress slowly in small inclusive projects. That won't be bad, but being open on the world's scale seem to be more efficient and we maked the choice to be more implicated in world changing efforts.

Our Priority NECRU – 2022-2023 The project ‘Our Priority NECRU’! will provide a concrete service in the municipality, such as that of needs assessment and case referral. This project is financed by United Nations Development Programme-UNPD. CHECK IN FEST – 2022 Check in Fest is a great cultural and artistic activity, which is filled with cultural, musical and entertainment activities such as: organization of conferences, organization of various parties (live music and DJ), organization of seminars, Nights of Poetry, balloon parties for children, etc. This project is financed by the Ministry of Culture of Albania. STRENGTHENING RESILIENCE OF ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS DURING COVID-19 AND FUTURE DISASTERS – 2023 This project is implemented in Kamza municipality and has in focus the elderly and people with different abilities have the opportunity to move more freely in the community, to make the appointments they need and want (eg appointments with the doctor, appointments with friends, etc.) This project is financed by Kryqi i Kuq Shqiptar Tirana Rocks – 2022 The purpose of this project is to enliven the cultural and artistic life in the city of Tirana through rock music as a creative way to develop and involve the community and empower new talents. This project is financed by the National Youth Congress in cooperation with the Municipality of Tirana NECRU, a scope for social climbers! – 2022 – 2023 This project is to support the Municipality of Fushe-Arrez improve local public infrastructure and enhance quality of and access to the service of the Needs Evaluation and Case Referral Unit, as well youth and community empowerment and participation. This project is financed by Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS)

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Kreo Association will actively engage in partnering with other organizations from the ALF network in Albania, especially for networking opportunities coming from ALF network programs and/or related calls for proposals. By actively networking with other potential partners, Kreo Association will share its expertise in real time to provide common strategies for engaging larger audiences in Albania, given the priorities of ALF network and its organizations in Albania, but not only.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

The ALF Network prioritizes networking over other activities, which is an essential component that Kreo Association strives for, especially when dealing with ongoing collaboration needs for Albanian NGOs. Moreover, sharing suggestions on active call for proposals, including those coming from ALF network, will be beneficial to Kreo Association, in terms of contributing to active projects in Albania.

جمعية القلب الرحيم لجمعية المعاقين والأيتام الخيرية هي منظمة غير ربحية تأسست في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في تاريخ 10 فبراير 2015، وتم تسجيلها رسمياً ضمن اختصاص وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية برقم وطني (2015012115126). تمتلك الجمعية مقرها الرئيسي في الأردن، محافظة اربد في لواء الكورة.

ترتكز رؤية الجمعية على تحقيق الريادة في التميز من خلال تقديم خدمات إنسانية مستدامة للمستفيدين بهدف جعلهم أعضاء فاعلين ومساهمين في المجتمع. وتسعى الجمعية لتحقيق رسالتها عبر رعاية ودعم الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والأيتام وتوفير البرامج والخدمات الإنسانية وتطوير قدراتهم ومساعدتهم على الوصول إلى حياة آمنة وطموحة ومتميزة.

تمتزج القيم التي تتبناها الجمعية في أعمالها بالالتزام، الشفافية، السلامة، كرامة المستفيد، العمل الجماعي، الاحترام، والمصداقية.

Main Projects / Activities

تعمل الجمعية بجد وتفانٍ في تحقيق أهدافها، وقد أقامت ثلاث فصول لتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات الخفيفة والمتوسطة، حيث استفاد منها ثمانية وعشرون طالباً يتراوح أعمارهم بين 5 و18 عاماً. وقد تم تجهيز مبنى مخصص بالكامل لخدمة وتأهيل وتدريب هؤلاء الأطفال، وتم التعاقد مع معلمين ذوي كفاءة عالية متخصصين في هذه الفئة.

تسعى الجمعية أيضاً إلى تمكين وتدريب الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم قدر الإمكان، وتقدم لهم الدعم والمساعدات اللازمة من مستلزمات طبية ومساعدات مادية وعينية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم النصائح والتدريب ضمن البرامج التي تقدمها.

تعتبر جمعية القلب الرحيم لجمعية المعاقين والأيتام الخيرية رائدة في تقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية والإنسانية في المنطقة، وتواصل تحقيق رسالتها من خلال العمل الميداني والتعاون مع الجهات المعنية والشركاء لتحقيق الإيجابيات في حياة الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة والأيتام وتقديم الدعم اللازم لهم لبناء مستقبل أفضل.

General Information

The organization operates with a core team of 7 staff members and collaborates with 227 volunteers and partners, including UNODC, Terre des hommes Italy, Association du Foyer de l'Enfant Libanais, Municipalities of Jbeil and Amchit, among others. The annual budget is approximately $32,000, sourced from private donors and project-based funding. Activities primarily focus on capacity building through partnerships with GIZ, Abaad, Adyan, and other institutions. The organization emphasizes youth development, leading various projects and training initiatives. Key partners in their projects include the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crimes, the American University of Beirut, ACTED and a dozen of Municipalities in Jbeil and keserwan districts.

Main Projects / Activities

Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) has been actively engaged in diverse sectors such as education, protection, and livelihood. As a youth-based and youth-led organization, our commitment is to empower young individuals. Currently, we are managing four ongoing projects, including "EBTISAMA 1," a protection initiative with psychosocial support (PSS activities for 420 children). Additionally, we are working on two projects in collaboration with the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crimes (UNODC): the "Bus Project" and "Line Up Live Up" (attached below is an activity report as an example). Furthermore, LSR is involved in a project supported by AUB NGOI and ACTED aimed at the digitization of LSR. attached bellow a presentation of LSR, an activity report of LuLu program and the narrative annual report of 2023.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) is eager to contribute meaningfully to the Anna Lindh Network in our country. Our organization is dedicated to empowering youth and fostering social responsibility, aligning with the network's values of promoting dialogue and understanding among diverse cultures. LSR can contribute by actively participating in network events, workshops, and initiatives that aim to bridge cultural gaps and enhance collaboration. Our expertise in youth development allows us to organize and engage in activities that encourage intercultural dialogue, fostering a sense of unity and shared understanding. Additionally, LSR can contribute valuable insights from our ongoing projects, such as EBTISAMA 1 and collaborations with UNODC, showcasing successful models of community engagement and social impact. Through our commitment to social responsibility, LSR seeks to be a proactive and dedicated partner within the Anna Lindh Network, working towards shared goals of cultural exchange and mutual understanding.

Projet de Lutte Contre la Malnutrition dans les zones vulnérables, Wilaya du Trarza 2014
1Le projet vise à améliorer la résilience des communautés et la sécurité alimentaire face aux effets du changement climatique en Mauritanie. Il est mis en œuvre en partenariat avec le Programme Alimentaire Mondial PARSACC.
La zone qui intervient dans le projet est l'état du trarza, la province de Medrara, au sud de la Mauritanie. 2017
